This place is ok. It's just not the best train station to be at. It doesn't have wifi to start with, the bathroom are just sad, and every thing looks dead. But it does have AC in here

The station is clean and decently maintained. The staff is polite and kind. Parking is a nightmare when it's busy and there is no long term parking for weekend trips. The station is not walking distance from downtown shops or restaurants.

Very friendly staff. They even called me to let me know my train was delayed and let me swap tickets. The station may look a little old but it is pretty clean for what it is

after trying by phone and on line for days, with no success, to book a day trip for myself, my husband and my grandson, i finally went to our local station on winter haven. Darlene was the best customer service agent, across the board, i have delt with in a very long time. she was the only agent working at the time and very busy. She was friendly knowledgeable, patient and overall a very pleasant person. ? to u Darlene, for choosing to b kind and providing the amtrak customers with a pleasant experience. something that seems to b getting lost in todays society. i truly hope ur superiors see what u do. thank you so very much ?

i thought it was swell. the station master was as friendly and helpful as could be. you get dropped off right by the train tracks and can get right on your train.

i think those of you with issues here need to lose your station and see how much better life is then

This is will be my first and last time here it's remind of the 1940 and the hotel were I stay in the Howardv Johnson's was ok and the restaurant was ok but the style and the building from the 1950 and by the way if you live here you have to have a car 100 percent
