The gentleman working the door Matt just told a handicap man in a wheelchair "stores Chair" that he would have to figure out on his own how to get his groceries outside. Now. Mind you, this is in the middle of this severe rainstorm that we have. This gentleman can't walk, has a cart full of groceries. And they didn't even want to let him out the door. Disgusting. Rude. Walmart never ceases to amaze me. Amanda, the key holder told him it was too expensive to go out in the way. Which the gentleman understood that it's raining. It's electrical. It shouldn't go out. But instead of offering in the first place to have someone help get his groceries out. Or anything that they could have tried to do. They didn't until other people said something about the fact that the man couldn't walk. So that's when they rolled their eyes and eventually asked one of the nice car guys to have it utterly disgusting that they would do that to someone. Definitely not the Walmart of days past. You will not be coming back.

Very busy store love the curbside pick up so easy and convenient the lady that brings my groceries is usually Emily great customer service skills and very pleasant attitude brings my order to my suv packs every thing nicely in the back then comes to say good bye and thanks me for coming great work ethic

This Walmart has wonderful people and wonderful service. The place is very clean. The products and the pricing is also excellent. I go there once or twice a week and I have never had a complaint. The flowers are also very high-quality. The management is very strong.I’m very happy we have this Walmart in our town.

I made a return today for an online purchase of a product. I didn’t have the box but the online directions told me to return to any Walmart and they will box it up. The Walmart in Tarpon Springs will not box up items for you so the online directions is very misleading. However Ron at customer service was very professional about explain the situation and even purchased a box with his own gift card to make the return happen even though store personal were not available and no store arrangements have been made to accommodate the misleading online information. Ron should be reimbursed his $1.75 and get more days of paid time off in his recognition of true customer service even though the parent company Walmart has yet to understand and embrace the concept. Ron, thank you!
