If I could put 0 stars I would, I had such a bad experience last night, I was asking a question about the Walmart app because the price was different on some item, I was just asking a question and this employee the “the night shift lead” roll her eyes in my face and leave me with the word, even one of the employees that was helping us first was shock because she shouldn’t treat us like that, she shouldn’t be supervisor if she doesn’t know how to treat customers

Was expecting a delivery from 6pm-8pm on 9-9-24 and 2 drivers canceled! I contacted Wal-Mart customer service online and they called on a 3way call and asked to speak to the manager, you can hear whoever picked up the call was calling to the manager to come to the phone and the manager said something and all of a sudden we heard hold music, they had us on hold for 20 minutes then hung up. The customer service rep tried calling back and no answer after 3 attempts!! EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED!! This store is UNPROFESSIONAL and UNORGANIZED!! Last time I'll ever order from them again!! Oh yeah I was accommodated with a $15 off coupon with any order over $25!!! Lol this is disrespectful and pitiful!! I feel played all the way around!!!

To be VERY honest ... I'm learning to check my weekly "mailers" re: groceries.

As a "TANGIBLE" comparison, I'm TYPICALLY getting frozen meals (e.g. Stouffer's) for approximately $2.25-$2.50 for "single-serve" meals.

These SAME meals I'm CONSISTENTLY seeing priced at LEAST $1.00+ higher at Walmart (a NON-union company, no less).

Somehow this does not seem realistic to me.

But they always close out the money market desk early when they are short-staffed or employees don't like to work the money market. Very inconvenient. Time again, you go like today June 8th, 2021 at 4 pm and find they have closed the money market. Can't buy a money order.

4, I drew a money order at approximately 05:23 pm and was told the money market desk was closed for the day.
Tuesday, February 27th, 2024, went out again at approximately 11:40 am. The money market desk was closed out.
Sought assistance from one of the managers (Laura) alleging that the Center was closed for the day, as the lady that works at the center is not working today. She alleged that she's trying to raise her sales numbers. There were at least three to four managers on the floor and I could spot one of the ladies who had previously assisted as a cashier at the money center.
It appeared that there was a lot of standing around or loitering by the store employees. I had to drive to the Walmart Supercenter in downtown Rialto. This Rialto Neighborhood Market is very unreliable on certain services. It never gets better. CUSTOMERS BE WARNED!
Today Sunday, March 10th, 2024, _men's bathrooms were filthy. One side urinal was broken and covered with a blue plastic bag. The other side urinal was flooded almost spilling over. The floor was trashed and untidy.

A so-so place to shop but the waiting in line is bad, same as really all these registers and you stick
all the common folk to the side and wait. Walmarts workers are rude and nasty to customers. while the light is on the register and the lane is open for use. All would be okay as l as you dona bug them. But when an item is scanned twice they have to walk over to clear scan the item it's an issue. They get on you like monkeys for self-checking your sell-out on an open register.

Like really one lady came to attend to the double scan item while the second lady came to
harrass you in front of two minor children. After I had to school her. She's had the point to call a third woman to try to make me understand. All while the first lady stands there literally like a monkey. Well
understand this you are barely working, and all customers self-checkout. You dont need to get made simple for doing what you do not aim in doing. And that includes bagging your item. So WALMART either let customers do what you
have made us do or step off and handle it yourself.

Small but for the most part one stop shop for groceries electronics are locked up in the front. And self-serve registers are available only with a employee standing by to help.

We shop here once in a while it’s mostly grocery but it’s well stocked. Although with COVID there are some holes.
