Best place for all university merch and other study related stuffs only, it is a nice one. But my favorite is the small cafeteria, "Kahwa" suitable place to sit and relax. Also the place is clean.

Store would get 5 stars if not for the rude managers especially the 'Scott Christopher' character. He's rude, a complete liar for no apparent reason and doesn't know how to communicate with customers. He really brings down the morale of the store and I'm only using Amazon from now on

In all honesty, this place sucks. Disorganized expensive and slow. The only reason I give five stars is because I found the cheat code. Ask for Enrique and he will do everything in his power to help you. This man should be the manager. If you can raise your rating by five stars, he should have five times the salary.

Selection if Apparel, novelties, and necessities is great. About half of the store is being remodeled at the moment, but I bet it will be nice and ready for students by the fall semester. USF is an immaculate campus, so I bet the remodel will be really nice. Check it out if you get a chance.

Great place and lots of USF gear! Recommend it to anyone who is looking for a specific gear from USF there’s also three floors and the first floor has books the second floor a lot of USF gear and the last floor has a couple of school supplies.

The staff was really nice and helpful but the prices are a little bit too high.

You could probably find cheaper stuff online but it is still a nice experience to visit the Store as it does have a couple of special USF gear.

But honestly everything was really expensive and I don’t usually purchase anything there I only went there when my mother was here to visit the school.

one of the managers here, an old woman with seemingly permanent scowl and bad attitude, is absolutely one of the worst people i have ever come in contact with in my life! extremely rude about a return i needed to make because i was mistakenly charged full price for a used book. AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS. she needs to be humbled severely. this review only has two stars because of the extremely kind cashier that has to deal with the manager regularly and who was the only redeeming factor of entire situation.

This review is only about the older woman who I believe is the manager. Genuinely one of the most rude people I have ever had to interact with. Not only does she roll her eyes whenever she is forced to do her job, she also audibly complains about having to deal with someone else. I spent a long time waiting in line and every time she had to interact with a customer, her attitude was as if the customer was there to ruin her day. I hope USF looks into this woman. USF has been nothing but amazing and full of kind and compassionate people. I don't want this women to taint anyone's perspective on USF.
