First off- I know the post office can be a pain- but with that said- The staff at this particular post office is AWESOME 10/10. ZURY Is a PLEASURE!!! Helped me with a lot of packages - even though it was busy she was super kind!! Vance was also a big help as I watched him handle a bunch of difficult customers. Sure, they are understaffed but that has ZERO to do with the employees working there! Always remember that when you go to your local post office- they don’t control the mail at the front, they just accept it. Again, overall pleasant experience Zury was AMAZING- and I am thankful I had her as my clerk today. Literally - a lady was in here YELLING about her package and the staff kept their cool. They helped her too, and they deserve all the credit in the world. One more time- NEVER FORGET - be kind to the people who handle your mail. As kind as ZURY was to me and Vance was to all his customers as well. Give some love to these two GREAT people !!!

Plantation Post office hasn't been known for providing exceptional service... or even mediocre service for the matter. These clowns delivered the mail to our condo-complex and then left without shutting and locking any of the mailboxes.

Well its a post office, generally understaffed and it what you expect. Although the woman that served us was helpful and we have no complaints. Parking is reasonable.

Horrible. Sent my grandchildren children gifts 3 weeks prior to Christmas. Paid priority. The package never arrived. I received the packages back mid January stating tenant not living there. Mine you my children been living there for 16 years. Back and forth with plantation post office to track. Couldn’t track where they sent it out. It sat there for weeks

A great post office to buy post stamps! They always have a great selection of stamps and the recent sets, specially for avid stamps collectors and post mailers like me. Great customer service. They are very kind and accurate with my shipping instructions and requirements. My envelopes get to the destinations on time, even within 2 days.

Always have the best experience at this USPS branch! The staff (especially the worker Cecil) here are top-notch – quick, polite, helpful, always professional and incredibly kind. Unlike all other USPS branches I’ve tried before, these folks truly stand out as the best. Thank you a lot!

I usually have unpleasant experiences at the post office- employees always seem like customers are bothering them, are completely miserable, and sometimes don't even acknowledge a "have a good day". Not only did Clerk 40 (only specific info on receipt for USPS employee & I don't remember her name ?) allow me in 2 minutes before closing, she took time to explain the kiosk to me. Another customer came as I was leaving, AFTER 7PM, with a massive amount of packages and she STILL let him in! I was doing a favor for my husband and the package had to be sent that day. Most of my day didn't go as planned but not only did Clerk 40 not make it worse, she was friendly and helpful! Thank you Clerk 40!!

Going down hill. Little by little it's either very late to the next day to not at all. Got 2 recent pieces that informed delivery said was coming but never arrived! Where'd they go? Wrong address? I remember the day where this was infrequent & neighbors were kind to deliver themselves. The country is turning to garbage. Thank the right for passing that pension bill, trying to privatize it & ignoring covid! If only post office personnel were accountable for poor work ethics like the police are!!!
Also are they supposed to be on their phones? Every carrier driving their vehicle is on their phones! Where's the supervision?
ELM Revision: Drivers’ Phone Use Policy
Effective February 14, 2019, the Postal Service™ is revising the Employee and Labor Relations Manual (ELM), section 831.332, to include the policy that Postal Service employees must not use a cell phone while driving on duty.

Adding the cell phone policy to the ELM will put the manual in line with the policy in section 3-5.4, Motor Vehicle Safety Rules, in Handbook EL-801, Supervisor’s Safety Handbook.

Although the Postal Service will publish this revision in the ELM at a later date, the standards are effective immediately
