I’m visiting from Southwest Florida and recently attended a drop-in class for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class with AJ- UFC pro athlete. The instruction and environment were fantastic. The facility was exceptionally clean and offered a comprehensive range of activities, including boxing, BJJ, weights, and Muay Thai.

I’ve been a member for several years and have never been disappointed in the classes, coaches, and performance of UFC Gym Lone Tree. Coaches are experts and have expertise in any area of physical activity you desire. I like the classes and the personal training as well. They also add free self defense seminars especially helpful for anyone less experienced. Member friendly.

I've been going here for a little over a year and I love the coaches and other students in the classes. Everyone is positive and having a fun time while working hard. This gym will challenge you even if you are seasoned martial artist. I've been practicing Taekwondo for around 25 years. Going to UFC gym has made me feel like a white belt again which is exactly what I wanted. To be a student learning fresh new things. It's a very exciting journey.

Well shame on me! I just realized that I have not left a review in quite some time!!
I have been a part of the u f c team for 5 years now and have watched the management , come and go... Mark who is currently the owner and has been for several years, has a wonderful team and does a great job!
This is my second family and I love coming there, because I feel like I am a part of the team and I am valued
I train with Leo 2 to 3 times a week and also do the boxing classes, and it is such a compliment to my overall fitness routine. The one thing I love is the variety of classes and the time frames.
I look forward to many many more years to come.

My Children train here and They ((Love)) their Coaches Clay and Leo and All the Staff. It's warm and inviting and you are treated like Family whether you sign up for classes or want to do your own thing. There's no one looking at you or watching you(which I Love!!!!) Everyone is here to get their workout in. There's tons of support from The Workout Coaches and Trainers; If You have a goal they WILL get you there because they are super knowledgeable and certified. I will be joining Myself and can't wait to transform this foodie gut before the summer. Great Place Highly Recommend Need More Stars ?

I was pretty nervous to join a gym like this at first but the everyone there is awesome! The instructors are extremely supportive and motivating. And the people you will meet in the class are very friendly. People of all skill levels come to train here and the gym has a kind of “community” vibe to it. I highly recommend UFC Gym Lone Tree to anyone wanting to get into boxing/fighting or want to get into a healthier, more active lifestyle in general.

Wow! This is the BEST workout I’ve ever received. As soon as I came in, I signed up with a Personal Trainer who is changing my mindset, strengthening my will, developing endurance, and getting me toned and big! The gym is immaculately clean and well kept. They keep the temperature moderate and not too cold or hot. The other class instructors are kind and compassionate while driving you hard to results. And, the UFC Trainers have a calm yet Beast-Mode to them that I’ve never seen. I was a member a couple years ago, and I took some time off, and I have recently returned. Some different faces, some of the same faces, but everyone here is really awesome and very supportive. Love being around this gym, great energy, great fitness classes available, some really good fighters around for training. highly recommend it.
