I was recommended by a friend that used this office services for a move. I haven't moved in 40 years so the idea seemed overwhelming until I spoke with Tracy in Customer Service. She was incredibly helpful and patient with my questions and concerns. Her guidance and follow up during the process was remarkable. The Operations and moving staff were top notch. They handled my 40 years of "life collections" with great care and professionalism. And their attitude was positive despite the challenges I tossed at them. I highly recommend this service and the professionals that handled my move. And I am not impressed that easily to toss out casual recommendations. Great job and thank you Two Men and a Truck for making the move a successful event.

We have moved a ton in our adult lives and i have got to say this was the most professional and respectful group of men we have ever had move us. They were on time, diligent, hard working, delightful, i could list adjectives all day. They never complained, never took a break until their lunch time, they were in constant motion the entire 12 hour day. Please please please do yourself a favor and call them for your move and please tip them well. These guys work so hard in the Florida heat and they just don't get paid enough. This is our first home purchase so it will be our last move but if we did move again they'd be the first company we would call. Ty Kissimmee crew.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Two Men and a Truck that I feel compelled to share to warn others. I contacted Andrew at the company to schedule a large and complex move, clearly explaining the scope of work, including multiple stops. Andrew assured me the movers could handle it and provided a quote based on this.

On the day of the move, the movers called to confirm they were en route to the first of five locations. After completing the work at the second location, the movers informed me that they were too fatigued to complete the remaining stops. They explained this to their manager, who admitted that Andrew should not have scheduled the job this way. The manager suggested splitting the move into two jobs, which I reluctantly agreed to.

However, I was shocked when I was charged a much higher amount than expected, especially since only 1/3 of the job was completed. The movers informed me that I was also being charged for travel time, something Andrew failed to mention. I told them I would withhold payment until I could discuss this with a manager, but the company processed the payment before resolving the issue.

When I reached out to Andrew to express my concerns, he assured me that the total cost would still fall within the original quote. I found this hard to believe since the partial move had already consumed half of my budget. I escalated the issue to the manager, who confirmed the miscommunication but offered no resolution other than to schedule the second move—and, of course, charge me more money.

As a disabled veteran living on a fixed income, this situation has left me in a tough spot. Not only is my move incomplete, but I also can't afford to finish it, leaving me to sleep on the floor, which will undoubtedly worsen my health.

To make matters worse, I contacted the corporate branch about my experience and never received a follow-up. This lack of response makes me believe that they are just in it for the money, with little concern for customer satisfaction.

I'm not saying don't use Two Men and a Truck, but be aware of hidden fees, the potential for your move to be incomplete, and the lack of compensation when the company inconveniences you due to their errors. If you want to avoid stress, I recommend tripling your quote to get an accurate estimate.

I hope this review helps someone avoid the difficult situation I'm now facing.

Two men and a truck helped load my own rented moving vehicle. I only needed them to load the vehicle. They loaded it very professionally. The crew worked well together, with banter and chatter which tells me that they like each other and work well together. I highly recommend two men and a truck.

Update: my review was written after you left a voicemail (on 9/4) to which I called you back with no one to return my call. I called you another time on 9/16/24 and left a voicemail and still no call back. I hope people learn from my experience that this is how this company resolves issues with their movers and billing.

This was my second time using two men and a truck. I was pretty disappointed this last time. The professionalism of the guys that showed up to my move was lacking. As soon as they got there they asked me if the move could be more than 2 hours (without even stepping foot into my apartment). I agreed and when they walked into my apartment one of the men immediately started complaining about how many boxes there were, that this was going to take a long time, and the fact that I had a purple mattress despite there being 3 men doing the move ( I was quoted there only being two men and I told them I had a king sized purple mattress in the estimate call). I paid for a mattress cover and not only was it not put on because of the type of mattress I had (which I understand, it is a heavy mattress but had I known this I would’ve wrapped it myself to avoid what followed) I was still charged for one and one of the guys told me to “remove the sweat stains left on it with a rag”. My last concern was being charged for 3.75 hours despite the movers getting to my apartment at 10:18 am and leaving at 12:53 pm. There’s a travel time of 20 minutes from the downtown office to my apartment and new apartment. I was told the movers are coming from the Kissimmee office (far away from my place) but I would be billed as if they were coming from the downtown office since the downtown office was having renovations done. Make that make sense if you include travel time in my move? When I expressed my concerns, Christina the manager gave me a call and when I returned her call she was unavailable and never reached back out to discuss my concerns. Reflecting on this experience and their attempts to address my concerns, I am not using this company for my next move in a couple of months.

The first time I used this company I used the casselberry office and had 0 issues at all so I’d try that office only if you are looking for movers.

I can’t believe how professional, extremely pleasant, easy, & joyful the crew today made this journey of ours. I can’t express how happy & satisfied I am with how everything went. From the truck loading to bringing everything into the house, this tough task felt like a breast thanks to the crew that came to do the task. The price was affordable and we even finished in record time & more importantly, under budget. I’ll never forget today & I’ll definitely be using them again. From the initial call I made to the move to the final payment, TMT was first class all the way. Andrew, our move coordinator, was phenomenal addressing every question with incredible detail. Our movers, Valentine, Ivan, and Jelani were very impressive. They packed everything so thoughtfully and carefully. Arrived at our new home and were so professional, my wife and I felt like we had family members treating our home’s contents with incredible care. We will certainly be requesting this exact same crew for future moving needs. Ten stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Two Men and a Truck. P.S. TMT were so much more affordable as compared to their competitors.

Joshua and the guys are great!! I have had 2 men and a truck move me and my family and friends. They've moved me 15 times! They are the best. Always on time, always courteous, always do a wonderful job. I recommend my friends to 2 Men all the time.
