The staff was very kind, and the service was quick. The tech was excellent. He took the time to have a conversation with me and get to know me and how I hurt myself. He make me feel like a person and not just a number. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs imaging done.

Procedure started over an hour after my scheduled appointment time; staff showed zero concern for timeliness. Staff directions/communication were minimal which left me confused for most of the visit.

UPDATE: I tried to call the Center Manager as suggested in the reply to this review. There is no option within the phone menu to speak with that person so I was routed to 3 various people over 7 minutes and then hung up on. This business continues to deliver absolutely terrible customer service.

We visited Touchstone Imaging for an ultrasound for my pregnant wife, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The ultrasound technician was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude, making an already emotional situation even more difficult.

We received the heartbreaking news that a heartbeat could not be detected. While we understand this can happen in early pregnancy, the technician’s handling of the situation was insensitive. To make matters worse, the results were not sent to my wife’s doctor in a timely manner; the doctor had to call to request the information.

If you’re seeking a place for pregnancy-related ultrasounds, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This facility lacks the compassion and professionalism needed for such a sensitive service.

Had to come here for an ultrasound I was not excited about. Plenty of parking outside. Friendly staff, professional. The waiting area and offices were clean and they offer water, coffee, tea, and a snack basket. Great customer service and the techs were great. Overall great experience for a delicate situation. Billing was smooth as well. They got my doctor the results quickly.4/5/2023: Three years later I am back at this place with an injured knee. Totally different experience. My doctor referred me over from SCL thinking I could get a same day X-ray but not the case. They actually have limited X-ray slots. It appears they keep the majority of their slots and staff for MRI and Cat scans, more of the high dollar scans. So I had to return as X-rays are limited and end by like 4pm if not booked. The other scans are possibly open later and maybe even Saturday. There were no more snacks and only mini bottled water and juice in fridge. There are no handicapped bars on their sidewalk which has a big step so if you are hobbling or need assistance, you probably need to bring someone with you to help you. I did not notice handicapped doors, but maybe they have them. And no staff will help you inside, to the room or to your car. Staff are friendly. I just feel for a facility that is statewide and is referred by major hospitals for their patients, they would have a safer sidewalk with railings to help people get in and out.

Find a different provider. When checking in I signed a payment policy document that stated I would have 30 days after the insurance payment to settle my bill. Then the reception went on to demand payment saying it was their "protocol". Not sure what the difference is between a policy and a protocol but I walked out. \

I was glad to be able to get in for my mri on my knee. And thankful for them having the right kind of soft wear for the mri machine so that they could get a good image. The Wheat Ridge location wasn't able to do it due to not have the special soft wear for my situation. Thank you for everything!
