I ordered a cake for my daughter's 15th birthday. I ask the guy for cream cheese filling and he said yes they could do it but I guess they couldn't because it was some type of jelly and it wasn't good. In all honesty I think they just sold me the cake that was in the display window and while it wasn't nasty I just didn't think it tasted as good as if it would have been fresh or had the cream cheese filling I had requested.

This is a very clean well-organized store. The people are kind and help you when you need it. There's all kinds of new things to try if you are up for it. I like how they have everything from drinks to sushi. They have really good prices and some great deals if you just download the app. I just bought a whole case of water for $1.89.

Nothing screams Unique by Nature like a box flashing red & blue lights while blaring through the parking lot "HIDE YOUR VALUABLES". Not to mention the real robbery going on inside the store where a bag of Fritos costs $5+ and a 12-pack of soda goes for $9. Wild times.

Lovely grocery facility in a convenient location. Prices are decent, service is friendly. A great place for all your grocery needs.

Update 4/2/2023: the sushi is the best thing ever.

After reading several post about Management team not caring and rude people in customer Service. I see I am not the only one to notice. The manager is the problem. He is rude and arrogant and his employees look to him for how to act. I see Manager with his problem and the Customer Service people's rudeness constantly.
Move someone that has not witnessed this site manager up in his place and siphon through the ones that were trained under him out if they do not change they ways. This is the worst TT in Colin county.
I complain to management about Brenda at the Customer Service station and the lady I talked to said Oh she is great and We never had any problems with her. I figured. Nothing was going to be done about it. And it didn't. But months later. I see she is no longer there. Thank Goodness. I guess others complained or Brenda just realized like the one a user said was in Pink above. That dealing with people was not their thing. Which is fine. Move them away from their problem area to a better suited place. And the manager in to a desk at corporate or some place. Away from people He also seems to Hate and not want to deal with any more

Lady at the front of customer service was extremely rude and has a huge attitude. I believe her name was Jessica, she had pink jeans on.

Went to get my registration tag since I always shop at this TT, it had a sign of "Closed". The nice lady that was working self check out said, oh she'll be out in just one second. Okay cool. Jessica comes storming out. Huge attitude, no conversation, here's your receipt, bye.

As I was walking out she asked the other worker "how hard is it to read a sign".

Super rude, if she doesn't want to work customer service with people, work in inventory.

Sorry TT, y'all lost another customer.

I am a regular at this Tom Thumb. I choose to go there instead of the madness that is Wal-Mart. With that being said I am so frustrated right now. I bought groceries to make Fathers Day meal come home start cooking get to the cheese and realize it is freaking molded 2 bags-family size $7.99 each
Cooked an entire meal and had to toss it because the thought of eating molded cheese or feeding it to family was ?
At this point I’m upset. I don’t cook often and believe me I went back to the store with receipt in hand. Got an apology refund for 2 bags of cheese I bought.
I know it is not the employees fault but she. I was asked if I noticed when in the store buying it really ticked me off. Really you think I would buy a bag of mozzarella that has green clumps in it NO. Really the cost of living is a struggle but I have chosen to go to this Tom Thumb because of convenience and good experience the rewards used to justify my choice of going there now no matter how frequent or how much you spend the rewards have gone away.
I expect better from Tim Thumb than I do Aldi’s Walmart etc. but after today I’m done after a few years of shopping at this store I’m done I get it everything has gone up prices are outrageous but the lack of rewards and todays experience when asked did I notice the mold while shopping was too much. I am already paying more than other stores I should not have to check everything I put in my cart to see if it is moldy, expired, stale etc
Don’t expect to have to check groceries I bought if you are selling bad/contaminated products that is so wrong. I’ve had about 2 hours to try and calm down but I haven’t. I will go suffer at Walmart or Kroger before I go back to this Tom Thumb

If I could give 10 stars I would. I've been shopping at this Tom Thumb for 20 years. It's not as big as some of the other locations but it's filled with friendly, helpful employees in EVERY department. Whether you're shopping in the deli, produce, butcher, dairy, pharmacy or just stopping at the customer service desk, there are smiling faces everywhere. I am thankful for this team and all they do to make my visits to this store a pleasant experience. To the employees, I thank you for your positive attitudes and to the managers, I applaud you for creating such a positive working environment for your team. Thank you!
