And you can also return things from Amazon that you need to return here without having to pay to return them. The staff is very friendly, they will help you with anything you need. If you need a box for a package they also have it. And the best thing is that the store is open on weekends. If you need to send a package this is the perfect place for you.

I have been to this store before and I’ve never had an issue!!! I needed to go here to return an Amazon package and double checked the address through Google. As I looked at this, I saw the Google reviews were not very good. I got a little worried and was hoping for the best. When I arrive to the UPS store, the line was insanely long. I was really worried that I was going to be there forever. the line went very quickly, and as I got to the front to talk to the customer service rep, she was awesome. Her name was Serena and I was pleasantly supplies at her demeanor, especially with how busy they were. They were very kind helpful and we’re not aggravated with the things that I needed them to do for me which made me very happy! I’m grateful for the kind and courteous professional service I received!!

This is why I prefer FedEx. When I have to deal with UPS I’d rather just take a loss on anything. The lady was rude her name was Alyssa I believe she was tall and slim with highlights in her hair, had an attitude and just wanted to get me out of the store. Didn’t want to help. If you hate your job quit or if you’re having a bad day call out and get it together. The sad part about it is that she was so comfortable with how rude she was being so maybe she is a manager or has been there a while which is even worse. Will not be back at this location if I have a choice.

Horrible service there was 2 lady’s in the front they both had dark hair I went in 8/10 at around 4pm, at first I made a mistake and didn’t know I needed to put a certain label the lady told me in such an attitude when I genuinely didn’t know I went in a second time and there was another issue and I had no problem but I asked for assistance with the printer you guys have in store and they both rolled there eyes because I asked for help because I was unsure on how to use the computer you guys had. I decided to leave they just made ur uncomfortable super annoying they should at least be more nice to customers.

Honestly the nicest employees and cleanest UPS store I’ve ever been in. Looks brand new!

We had some confusion with Amazon return packaging, and the women there were so helpful to us in making sure we got it sorted out.

They are always so nice in there. I always think they're going to get tired of handling Amazon returns, but they have a positive attitude every time. Always friendly, always asking how my day is, always giving the receipt with instructions. Very pleasant environment.
