This job is comical at best. It's name speaks for itself. My DM Cheryl has absolutely no clue how to do her job. I was there for a month she fired 2 employees and had two reign... Great job on running your store. HR Labor board lawsuit in the making.

This place never ever answers their phones. I worked at store 126, all I needed was a day to see that it’s a horrible place to work, the manager kept disappearing, she hardly wanted to train me and kept leaving me by myself. Coworker has awful customer service skills, she kept complaining that she didn’t wanna help me because she wasn’t being compensated for it. I guess they expected me to know everything on my first day. Another coworker would blast music in the store and casually go to smoke weed outside, you can’t make this stuff up. 99% standing, no break room at all, all for 12.50 an hour.

The WORST company to ever work for. You don't get lunch breaks, you barely get to go to the bathroom. The managers and assistant managers are lazy as hell. They walk around on their cell phones all day cursing and talking about personal issues, you can have a line and they won't even stop to help you. Then get mad at you because the lines are long and ask you why are you moving so slowly. The BEST decision I ever made was leaving this “hell company” for better opportunities. How do you “fire someone who quits!” You don't. I NEVER got suspended pending termination nor did I get termination papers from them.

I can't express enough how angry this company has made me. I was bombarded with obligations the moment I accepted the job but also told it wasn't for sure still if I had the job or not from anywhere for the next couple of weeks to the next couple of months depending on when my background came back. You hit brick wall after brick wall with trying to reach someone in upper management. No one even picks up at hiring headquarters either. I wonder what my legal options are because even though I met the district manager Michelle one time. I should have been allowed her information because the GM I was hired to work with is a nice lady but a little complicated. I feel like applying to this company was an absolute mistake. I don't appreciate the disregard shown to me. I have qualifications, experience with an impressive resume. I can move on with another opportunity but my heart breaks for those people who have experienced the same thing I did or in a predicament of having nothing to stand on or fight back with. . I was hired as an assistant manager and this company had cashiers making more. I would have to commit the next 3 years of my life to this company and still wouldn't be making a livable wage including be expected to risk my life on 3rd shift. I understand running a business and the need for professionalism but this company needs to consider better pay and more consideration for their employees mental health. If you want employees they give great customer service then you need a more positive atmosphere that encourages that vs feeling like you have to carry yourself with the demeanor of a correctional officer. I may no longer be an employee but I saw enough to know what I'm saying. The powers that be with this company should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. I seriously feel like I dodged a bullet. I pray for those employees still with this company that deal with the aggravation and mental suspense that comes with the job with no regard, reward or remorse shown. After this experience I feel like I didn't lose anything but God chose to protect me. Dennis Allen Bullock

I got hired with the company for graveyard shift and on my first day I was told my Ms. Kelly that she didn't want me to do graveyard shift because I'm a girl. I asked to stay and worked my shift completing all my tasks, literally three days later she changes my schedule to second shift without even informing me of a reason. After she says there is not way she can change is because she doesn't make the schedule just to find out from HR that the store manager (Ms.Kelly) makes the schedule and lied then she told me to get a store change not informing me that HR said I can work graveyard shift until I get a new store. So I lost several hours due to her not communicating with me at all and then when I tried to reach out to her repeatedly she never responded and ignored my calls and texts.
I ended up just leaving the company after 2 weeks because of the lack of professional equity and responsibility. I highly don't recommend working here they won't even tell you the rules or any procedures until after you get in trouble
Along with the fact that I had to blow up HR's number everyday for weeks until they responded and Ms Kelly gave me two no call no shows for no reason when I called in 5 hours ahead of time.

DONT WORK HERE ITS HORRIBLE
I literally saw someone get pepper sprayed at work and several fights it's not worth it and the pay doesn't even equal up to the stuff you have to do
