Patrick and his team did a great job on our roof, siding and gutters last year. We had hail damage and needed our roof replaced ASAP. STA did a fantastic job hooking us up with some fresh new siding at a very reasonable price. Jon gave us several different options for siding, and talked over the pros/cons of each, as well as informed us of add-ons that could be valuable to us (which we DID go with). Jordan and STA were fantastic. They understood our project needs, and they were very thorough. They communicated well about the project costs and timeline and they followed up throughout to see if we were pleased with the progress. The roof turned out great! They went above and beyond, the installer noticed we had a few missing shingles on our detached garage that was not part of the project, and he had extra shingles and replaced them for us on his own. Highly recommend STA!

OK, so last year it was time for a new roof. I interviewed 6 roofing outfits that were recommended to me. Three made my short list. And Steve Allen at STA Enterprises in Big Rock IL was my selection. Good choice. No project goes perfectly smoothly. The test is often how do people respond when the rough spots and surprises occur. Steve, and his work crews for the roofing and gutters did well, and earned four and a half to five stars for each stage of this home project.

The finished project looks good and solid. Problems confirmed or uncovered during the roof tear-off were identified, pointed out, and solutions proposed. Crew members stayed late to finish critical steps of the project before returning the next day to complete the entire project.

The bottom line is we'd happily work with Steve Allen at STA Enterprises again.

We had them come out to replace some missing roof shingles, they did a great job and they were much cheaper than the last place we had come out. They also replaced the siding on our neighbors house last year and did an excellent job.
