We had an pleasant experience from start to finish with Marc! He actually took my initial call while out of town and took the time to go over what I was looking for. His price was in the same range as other companies I called but I decided to go with him because he was very transparent and honest about the price, job, and timeline. He showed up on time, was in and out quickly, and it looks amazing! After renovating my entire house I have dealt with many hiccups with various contractors and I have to say this was by far one if the better experiences Ive had. Would definitely recommend his company to anyone looking to refinish their tub.

Mark and his family do a wonderful job of refinishing counter tops and tubs. We had a green tub, an almond sink and a bisque toilet. Mark was able to paint our tub a shade between the sink and toilet making all three appear to match. Nice folks! Fair pricing.

We were so lucky to find Mark owner of (Sta-Brite Refinishing), I am a owner of Big D's handyman, and anytime we are remodeling bathroom we have Sta-Brite come in and refinish the tubs and sometimes the tile work he does great work at a great price.

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH STA-BRITE REFINISHING AGAIN. I have been sending Mark referrals for 11 years and now I feel guilty for doing so since I'm sure he has given my referrals similar runaround. I hired Mark (Sta-Brite) to do three tubs in one week in different properties we own. He broke our shower door in the first property then refused to replace it. He said it "exploded in his hands and was not his fault." We had just had the place painted two days before so it was pretty easy to spot the corner-shaped gouge in the wall where he ran the shower door into it when he was removing it. Plus he did a pretty rough job on the tub. In another property we paid him extra to "strip" the tub completely before applying the new finish. We were very specific that the former owner had used a home refinish kit and we wanted it completely stripped. When he arrived on site he said he thought he could get away with a "partial strip." We said "no we paid for and want a full strip." He then only stripped the bottom of the tub and of course the sides (which he didn't strip) started bubbling and pealing within weeks. He has been out there two additional times and each time promised to do the "full strip" on the tub as we had originally requested. Each time he did NOT do what we paid for as he promised and keeps doing the bare minimum only to have other issues pop up within days or weeks. He has since stopped responding to calls and texts so I have been forced to hire another refinishing company and pay a second time to get this job done properly. Terrible.

Reasonably priced. I called around a few places and what hey wanted to charge I was better off buying a new tub. Mark was quick and clean. My 1970's tub looks brand new!
