There were about 6 employees by the door and none of them said hi to me or asked if I was looking for anything specific but I was and I couldn’t find the items I was looking for so I left without purchasing anything. The employees at the door greeted everyone who walked in behind me. As I was looking around, I made eye contact with one of the employees and I still didn’t get any help.

I've always had trouble finding a makeup artist who can do my makeup the way I like it, but recently, I tried a 60-minute service with Samuel R. at Sephora in Santana Row, and he is amazing! Samuel is incredibly talented, and my makeup was beautiful and flawless--I loved it! I'm so glad I found him. This 5-star Yelp rating is mainly because of Samuel R. I forgot to complete the feedback after my appointment (sorry, Samuel!), but it would have been all 5-star ratings--10/10! I will definitely be booking all my future makeup appointments with Samuel R. and referring my family and friends to him. Additionally, I've found this Sephora location to have the friendliest staff, the best customer service, and very talented makeup artists, which is a huge plus.

Disappointing.
I have to drive 20 minutes each way to this store. And this is what I have as a sample.
My birthday is in about a week and I wanted to buy myself a lot of things as gifts. But now I came home from Sephora and I'm just crying because of these samples.
The employee was unfriendly, she didn't smile at me. When she came back almost 15 minutes later, making these samples, she didn't even look at me, she just gave it to me looking the other way.
I'm so upset and want to cry because of this attitude. And these samples are not enough for even one makeup.

Avoid Sephora gift cards if you value your money. I purchased a $100 gift card for a friend, and when they tried to use it two days later, the balance showed zero, despite scratching the code in front of Sephora staff. We asked for a refund, but were told to call customer service. After contacting them, we were advised to dispute the charge through our credit card. Now I’m spending hours to recover the money. Selling gift cards without reliable service management is frustrating and unacceptable.

I bought my niece a gift card for $50.00 at the counter here. When she went to try to use it the card had a 0 balance. I went back to the Sephora counter and I was told they couldn't help me and I had to call the 888 number. When I told the customer service rep what happened, he said sorry, we can't help you call your bank. He was so rude and I could barely understand what he was saying because he talked so fast and spoke a different language. I called the store, which this is a Kohls Store with a Sephora Counter, back, I waiting on hold for 20 minutes and then they just hung up on me without me ever getting the chance to speak to anyone. That's great, Sephora - scammers are taking the card numbers and your customer service and security are terrible. WHAT A RIP OFF! I will be reporting this as fraud to my bank. DON'T BUY THEIR GIFT CARDS!

My daughter had her makeup done for JS Prom here at this branch. For sure all their makeup artist are all excellent, and professional, for us we thank Samuel for a great job. And very nice person. Highly recommended

They also have numerous beauty products, I guess you will find all you need here inside the shop.
Highly recommended.

For us men, plenty of coffee shops or other places to hang around while waiting.
