I bought some flank steaks seemed like a good deal, they looked good in the packaging and a week before the sell by date. Went to cook them up the day after and underneath each steak was rancid meat. All 4 packs I bought. Absolutely disgusting.

It’s so sad how this Safeway takes advantage and price gouges
On tons of items.
Not to mention the meat department
the meat is disgusting.
They leave it out even when it turns dark brown.

I had asked the guy behind the counter if he has any fresh ground beef.
His reaction was there is plenty of ground beef already out.
When I told him no I want fresh ground beef he had an attitude and grabbed fresh packed meat from the back area.
I feel like they try to sell the old meat for same price before bringing out the fresh meat. Every time I go into this store over 3 years the meat is never fresh. I will stop by this store for small things but will drive further to another store just to save money and make sure
The meat I’m buying is good quality meat.

This is a great local Roxborough grocery store. Nancy, the cashier, is always very friendly and fast, and I love that they bag your groceries at this store.
Joe in produce has been very helpful when trying to find the freshest produce available.

Went to customer service to get help locating an item. The lady used her phone and told me where to look. I told her I had been there over 10 minutes and to just see if they have any in stock. She apparently does not have the ability to do that. Upon checking out I told the cashier about my problem but found another product instead. She retorted with "the app says we have ketchup chips but we don't so I settle for regular". Fix your app or fix your staff, they both suck.

Safeway is the WORST. If I can give a zero star review I would. They are over priced, constantly don’t have carts or baskets and now they don’t have plastic bags or paper bags. I will forever go out of my way to never ever shop with them again. How do you expect people to purchase items without providing bags? If management is not ordering enough bags to keep up with demand (both paper and plastic because paper bags are totally inconvenient) they need to reevaluate their position.

Why can't you make good sushi? there is no fish and it feels like the portions are much smaller than in other stores “Safeway”. Also, your sushi man does not completely cover his face when working with food, I would not pay attention to this, but your sushi is terrible!

Був тут вперше, то мені все сподобалось.
Звичайні товари якими я користуюся присутні, полки заповнені цінники читаються добре, дуже мало порожніх полиць. На території є Starbucks, де можна присісти та посмакувати каву.
Є аптека, кулінарія, пекарський відділ.
Присутні каси самообслуговування, та звичайні каси, був у день то ж черг не було, як тут у вечірній час не знаю.
В середині та зовні чисто, привітний персонал.
Також є туалети, в тому числі для людей з обмеженими можливостями.
Зовні є бокси де можна придбати газ у балонах.
Також зовні є кілька столиків де можна відпочити.
Мені дуже сподобався цей заклад, як би я мешкав у цьому районі то звичайно із застосуванням відвідував Safeway.
