Extremely disappointed in the service. They arrived past the scheduled time. I had to call them to find out where they were. They left several items behind. I was not aware they were unable to take large TVs unless I boxed them myself. The amount of items left behind required me to rent a uhaul to move them myself ( tvs, dog cage, suitcases, and plastic totes). At the new home they damaged the front door. I asked them how we go about the repair and the informed me to ask my apartment complex if they can fix it first. I paid for 4 hours of service. The finished 45 minutes early and did not reassemble the beds. I emailed the company about my concerns. I received and email back stated management would be contacting me. It has been 3 days with no call. I would not recommend this company.

Pete’s ultimate did a fantastic job. After booking and paying for a deposit on a different company, that was a no show, Pete’s saved the day!! They were able to book a truck and have it out to my house within hours. The crew they sent was very professional, and super nice. Most companies nickel and dime you on time, this was not the case with Pete’s. The crew was fast and efficient and able to do the job in just under the quoted time as well as break down and set up in our old and new home. Elaine in the office was quick in her response and simply a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Pete’s they will do their best to accommodate your needs and make your move or transition with ease. A+ highly recommended

They canceled 1 hour after they were scheduled to arrive. They said they need to cancel because something came up. They want to reschedule for 2 days from now. Unfortunately, I've already spent close to $1,000 in preparation for this move on this day not two days from now. They offer me nothing in customer service as I've been repeatedly calling their phone number and no one answers. In preparation for this move to make sure everything went smoothly I paid extra for painters to make sure that the paint was on the walls and dry before the furniture was placed, I had to find a dog sitter for my pet. I had to ask friends to take the day off of work to assist me while this move was happening as I am disabled. They had no problem accepting my deposit money and made no attempt whatsoever to return that. So now they have my deposit money in their bank which I need to hire another mover which means I can hire a mover which means the furniture stays in storage which also means I have to pay an extra month of storage fees. Pete's ultimate movers has ultimately cost me in excess of $1,000 in addition to other expenses that will be incurred for the next moving date and the next moving company that I hire. Please I beg you reader, don't walk run as fast as you can from this company.

Great experience with this company! I was nervous to depend on somebody new in such an important thing like moving but they were very professional from the beginning. They showed up on time, the crew they sent had great attitudes, so helpful and ready to get it done. Especially Noah, he was a very hard worker and really cares about the customers.

I was giving a quote. It ended up costing me 300$ more when they were done. Did not expect that. Also they left with out telling me and there was more to pack on the truck. They left me with way too much stuff to take myself. I am disabled that’s why I hired movers. I’m very disappointed with the move. I think I was screwed a bit. As of right now I wouldn’t recommend.

We hired Pete's for a 2hr unload into a new condo. We had packed our truck ourselves ahead of time but needed some more experienced guys to get it off the truck and safely indoors.

Pete's sent out two guys who were extremely professional, kind, and good at their job. It only took the guys about 1.25hours to get the job down entirely.

The price was very fair, especially how our quote was made last minute. They provided a discount as the service was only for unloading, which many other companies didn't seem to come close to in price.

I will definitely consider Pete's in the future if and when I move again.

Our moving experience with Pete's was terrible. The two moving "men" who showed up looked like two teenage boys. They struggled to lift extra heavy things. They were not professionals, and my husband ended up not only coaching them on how to properly load the truck, but even after they left, it took an ADDITIONAL 1.5 hours to load the truck ourselves! A man named James called me the next day to see how it went, and I was openly honest with him. He said he was going to "look into it and update me", but I never received a call back or any kind of a partial refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They try and tempt you with low rates, but you get what you pay for. Not professional, not competent, and NOT worth it!

Pete's Movers were the best! We moved to the area from out of state from a 2 bedroom apt. Two beds, living room furniture and mostly boxes. We had everything boxed and wrapped. No appliances, no stairs. Those movers took 4 hours with 2 men (moving slowly and taking many breaks).. Pete's Movers was on time, moved us into a 2 story and placed everything in 2 hours. Very pleasant and professional. Very reasonably priced... no "add on fees" The best!
