Went to donate plasma here on Tuesday but failed due to my vitals. Went back today and Eli was the nurse who tended to me and I am very grateful for him. He made me feel at ease and interacted with me which made me feel comfortable through the entire process. He answered all my questions and gave me great customer service. And my phlebotomist, Jessica, was great as well! I will definitely be going back because I had a great experience!!

The center is always clean and well lit. Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. They are always willing to chat and kind of feels like a little community there. Also staff member Eli is the best.

This place was nothing short of amazing. Quick, attentive, thorough and kind. I had heard of the competitor company and how it takes over 4 hours for first time donation. Not here. It did take some time but I saw they make sure to notate your time for everyone to see and get you in and out as quick as they can. They actually value your time. Loved my nurse who performed my physical. Made me feel so comfortable and open for any questions I may have had. Their care and attention shows with the IV insertion. I barely felt anything, I was so impressed. They work as a team to get this done, so if your person isn’t available, someone else is quick to take over. My first time took a total of 2 hours from start to finish and was completely worth it.

I’ve been going to this location for about a solid year and a half now. John has never let me down. Great guy, gets you done with your check ins promptly and with respect. Cool to converse with, and if you somehow can’t donate he makes sure to relay the news as kindly as possible.

I have been coming to this location for a little over a year. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I have gotten to know the staff and they are all so nice and efficient. John, Sothea, Kim, Lucas, Estella and others do a great job keeping up with the influx of people. It is always great chatting with them. The phlebotomist all do a great job as well. I enjoy interacting with all of them. If I have any questions they are always more than willing to answer. I will definitely continue coming to this location.
