Morningstar made my moving so much easier! First, their customer representatives Kevin and Edward are informative, friendly and efficient. They helped me choose a storage, showed me around the facility and processed the paperwork in no time. They were amazing to work with and reduced my stress levels immensely. Second, the facility itself is secure, climate controlled and immaculate. I moved all my stuff on a Sunday and everything including the entry codes was ready for me. Thank you Edward and Kevin, I will recommend you and Morningstar storage to everyone I know!!!

It may be just a storage unit to some people but the units (I have 4) and in particular having Kevin and Ed there make this a very important extension of my business. MorningStar Storage had a fire in one of the units on the 5th floor in around 10-09-2024. Management have yet to contacted the surrounding unit owners to advise them of soot and smoke smell damage. We are very disappointed. Please see pictures.

We would like to share our amazing experience with Morningstar Storage. Tony and Melinda have both been very tentative to our storage needs.

We have had storages units at this location for 1 1/2 years. The facility is clean and the temperature control is amazing - even on the 5th floor.

We highly recommend Morningstar Storage to anyone looking for storage in the Ashburn, VA area.

The gentleman that assisted us was very courteous and accomodating in an otherwise very stressful and hectic time! The quality of the storage unit is great as well! Carts a-plenty, easy access to everything (when they ask you for your code, don't be overprotective and use an 8 digit code like I did, go for a shorter one, otherwise you'll be stuck inputting it over and over again), clean, cool, and priced very reasonably! I highly recommend!!!

The best part of morning star storage wasn’t how easy it was to get set up in minutes, or how spotless and clean the facility is, or the simple access and near effortless move-in experience, but instead was the warm welcome and care given by the manager Tony Wade. Class act, more than a transaction, you’ll be taken care of.
