Belle station un peu isolée pas du tout de restauration à l'intérieur mais l'employé de l'amiral nous a offert le café

Compared to other Amtrak stations, regarding architecture and building design, this is one of the most boring stations. No distinctive architectural features or designed to the building. It just looks like a big box almost like a department store on the outside when you're approaching the building.
And on the inside, there is a nice size waiting area, the restrooms were clean. However there is only a few vending machines that sell food and drinks.
However the staff are very helpful and friendly when you enter the building.

Departure from here was a breeze. Direct interaction only with gate attendants, but observed and benefited from the crew of 4. Extremely informative, professional and expeditious. Nice experiencing people enjoying doing a great job.

Miami Station was clean and the staff were nice. They are in desperate need of some shops though. At least some place to get a cup of coffee. They should open earlier than 7am too. Since it takes a good while to arrive from any hotel, if you arrive early, you have to wait out side.

My elderly father had to sit outside in the cold (yes a cold front in Miami) eventhough they said be at the station an hour early. Guard would not let folks in before 7am. I don't understand why people can't wait inside? You can start services at 7 but don't let senior citizens and people with disabilities sit outside after paying all this money for train fare. And then when you try to call the phone number it says the person isn't answering at this time. Smh. Unacceptable and ridiculous!

The seats were great. Yes it was clean, but the rest roo.s coming back was not good. We only had one working with 20 people in unit. The train was shacking really bad. I would not go on it again.

Very relax, well lit. Customer service was friendly it was easy to get around. Came in from Tampa and there was security and Personnel waiting. They were there to answer questions also caught my Uber safely there

I just traveled to NY with a group from the location on 37th Ave & 83rd Street, the CHECK-IN was excellent, but the restroom was so outdated, need renovation ASAP, I hated each time I had to use the restroom and on the return home one of the toilet was OUT OF ORDER, didn’t like the CAFE selection very limited and we wasn’t able to go into the dining area on our way to NY, didn’t understand that. The SPEAKERS need to be replaced. INSPECTION IS NEEDED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, I myself will not take another long distance train ride until some changes are made.
