Séb and his drive Eric were both very kind and professional. Séb was always very quick to reply to texts and was spot on with his timing for both pick up and drop off. I was shipping an old Range Rover I bought sight unseen with no brakes from Surrey. The pick up was after a huge snowstorm and they dealt with everything
with me in Toronto, and had my vehicle dropped off at my door in Toronto within 6 days of pickup. Very impressed. Eric was super kind and patient with my old truck which eventually also needed a jump. Drama free and easy to deal with. Was also the best rate by far for a vehicle with no brakes!

Terrible company to deal with. Shipped my car scratched it. Took 500 off the shipping. Driver then hit my neighbours truck and wont help answering sgi. I reached out because my neighbour came to me. Driver said would send insurance papers and letters he got. Since has ignored. Reached out to owner he said same thing. Then 2 weeks later tells me to give my neighbour 500 that he took off for scratching my car. Then trys to Say that I made a story about my oil pan when there was nothing ever mentioned about a oil pan.I would highly reccomend using a different transport.

And the vehicle he hit my neighbor's truck with was another customers of theres im sure who got screwed aswell.

I booked to transport my car from Montreal - Vancouver -Surrey . I read so many reviews online mentioning how unreliable these services are. So I didn't really expect much. I was told the car will be at my place in 6 days . So i flew to Vancouver a day before . But I was not expecting my car at all. Next morning I get a text message from "Yves the Driver" I will be there by noon. I texted him back asking if this is for real. In few hours I saw the huge truck pulling in and my car is coming down off the trailer.
Unbelievable service !! Yves timing is perfect.
All these was coordinated by Sebastian and he did an excellent job by communicating everything on time.
Overall excellent job. Would recommend these guys anyday !!

I would never use this unprofessional man again. He transported a new Tesla Model S PLAID for me from Manitoba to Vancouver. It was to take 4-days but took 9.The worst part is the significant damage that was done due to his negigence. He dropped the car off in an unsecured parking lot. He was to wait for me, but chose to leave. The panoramic roof was smashed and there was a dent in the rear quarter. He has not returned my calls and has not given me the required information about his insurance. Even if he didn't do the damage himself,which I am unsure of, he is negligect for abandoning my car. The contract was that he would meet me in Vancouver.
Also, he was supposed to deliver the car to Victoria, but changed his mind at the last minute.
There are other issues, but I won't go into them. I think that you get the picture.
I'd give him "0" Stars, but I'm required to give something.

Beware! This company's driver left very big mess on our street as he juggled cars on and off his trailer for 5 hours....oil all over the street where the school bus picks up children every day. He did not stick around to clean it up and since it was after midnight when he left, nothing could be done.
