Been working for this company for over a year and they are better than any other staffing company I've been with. During the winter jobsites vary. Some days we work, others we don't. All in all this place has kept me on a steady pace. Managers change around every few year.

Literally I just them for work and 1st thing out her mouth is we are not hiring like I didn't tell you what job description. And she just said no we are not hiring at all. And hangs up.

As far as work goes, it's there. The work is always there. It just depends on if you get sent out. The saying:
"An early bird is sure to get the worm" doesn't fly around here.
But.. you don't want to sign in all late either. Just be consistent.
If you drive and have a vehicle, you're sure to get a ticket.

As a new flagger trying to get certified, they tell you that the certification class is on a certain date at a certain time. I talked to them yesterday about the class today and was told to be there. After taking a two hour bus ride to get there, they tell you it's cancelled and you have to wait another week. Not only is the bus fare wasted, but I also lose a whole week of wages. Their only response is I'm sorry.
