My twin toddler boys just finished their first-ever swim lesson session with Miss Laurie, and I am very pleased with the experience!

Laurie went out of her way to make accommodations for our group when needed, beyond what I ever expected. The first time my sons got into the pool with her, I immediately felt safe. She is incredibly knowledgeable, confident, and thorough when it comes to water safety, technique, and navigating all the toddler quirks/challenges. Her consistency in teaching style allowed my sons to quickly learn their cues (for example, "up and under"), therefore showing them what to expect ahead of time, making them much more comfortable with being in and under the water.

Not only did my sons gain confidence and new skillsets, now I feel confident enough to continue to work on their exercises and technique at home over the summer in our pool. It was only a few weeks ago that I felt helpless and overwhelmed by the daunting task of finding how to start teaching my kids how to swim.

Kidtastics was recommended to me by both a neighborhood mom group and my pediatrician. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a reputable swim school that teaches effectively without traumatizing kiddos.

We had such a great experience with Kidtastics! Carter is an incredible swim instructor. She is patient, consistent and was always on time. She made my kids feel comfortable within moments of meeting her. It’s been months and my kids still talk about her! Not to mention their skills improved dramatically in a short period of time. I had the privilege of interacting with Dave and Ashly of the Kidtastics staff. Both interactions were extremely satisfactory and I give 5 stars from the start to the end. I signed up my 4 year old to their 8 lessons (2 weeks) at-home private lesson. Dave was very responsive via email to my inquiry and I was able to get my daughter lessons that same week! The online application allowed me to share with the team my child’s unique needs. Ashly, the swim instructor, was very attentive to those needs and I wholeheartedly believe this resulted in my child having a very positive experience! Ashly was very professional, consistent, reliable, patient, reassuring, and made sure my daughter felt safe throughout it all. My daughter was taught to get familiar with the pool (we just moved in) and all about pool safety. She was also rewarded at the end of each lesson, which for a kid is very motivating! As a parent I was also supported by Ashly, she shared with me water safety techniques to keep practicing with my child, and gifted us a safety whistle. My daughter’s lessons ended yesterday and today she sang all the songs she learned with Ashly and showed great confidence in the pool. We look forward to signing up for another 8 lessons with Kidtastics again very soon!

Signed my daughter up for a “semester” course with Kidtastics. I wanted to try out an at-home swim instruction program for my two year old and out of the handful I researched, I went with Kidtastics after reading through their blog posts on their website because I felt like it was the best fit for my kid.

Their office staff was awesome going above and beyond for a lot of my questions and calls - I’m a little too detailed oriented & a ball of anxiety!

The best part was Miss Emma, our instructor. Emma radiates kindness and patience. She really personalized the instruction for my daughter, bringing toys and swim items that would help peak her interest in swimming more. She gave me very detailed verbal “notes” after every session letting me know what to work on and what went well. In the two weeks we swam with Emma, my daughter’s swimming fundamentals were established, she learned how to safely use the steps of the pool, how to jump in, how to go under water and of course - perfecting her swimming form! Emma also gave me tools/instructions to work with my daughter going forward.

I will definitely be using Kidtastics in the future for more instruction!

We have had such a wonderful experience with Kidtastics, and especially with our son's instructor Ashly. She has always started and ended our lesson right on time which we appreciate. She does a great job of teaching our son about being safe in the water and he has learned so much. He can be a bit chatty and she does an awesome job of keeping the lessons light and fun while also managing to teach him so many new skills in the water. We'd highly recommend Ashly and Kidtastics!

We are thrilled to say we finally have a toddler that isn’t afraid of the water anymore. Not only is he not afraid, he looks forward to going swimming now! I am pleasantly surprised at how many new skills he has learned over the last 2 weeks. We tried “teaching” our son on our own through frequent exposure to the pool, but Ashly really was the missing puzzle piece. Her techniques and consistency were key to our son’s success. We are excited for our little fish to continue practicing all of his new found water skills. Thank you so much Ashly! We couldn’t have done it without you!

My 2 year old son began lessons with Coach Ashly due to location change after having been with Coach Ashlyn for two sessions (who we loved!)- and she was incredible with him. He was comfortable with coach Ashly after the first day and she truly made the transition seamless. We saw incredible strides in his progress through out the two weeks he worked with her. She was so patient and kind and took time to get to know his little quirks so that she was able to tailor the lesson to his personality so he would get the most out of it. We love her and can’t wait to work with her again!
