I went into Ace to have some keys made, and Sam, I believe his name was very helpful. He made six keys for me. The gentleman there are always so helpful and knowledgeable about what you need and offer suggestions that may be a better solution for whatever project you are working on. Experience comes with time and the employees that assist customers are at the top of the game. They are very personable and can relate to you. I would recommend this place for your, do it yourself projects

This Ace Hardware is the best! There is always someone at the front door ready to help you find what you need. I’ve been buying ladies gardening gloves here for years. It’s hard to find a small size. And I was delighted to find these pink gloves there yesterday. And they are so soft! You can see by my last pair that they really get used

Very helpful staff, they had exactly what I didn't know I needed.
I went in looking for a certain type of concrete anchor, which they did have, but the guy working on the fastener aisle showed me something that works even better at a lower cost.
A real Lifesaver and greatly appreciated!

I came in to buy shelving for my husband's office, but wasn't entirely sure what I needed.

When I got the items back to the office, I realized we needed to do it a different way, so I returned to the store to exchange. The cashier helped with my return, which went very smoothly, and then another cashier helped itemize what I was purchasing with petty cash versus my own card. Even though my purchases must've been difficult, both cashiers were kind and patient with me! Very thankful for their positive attitudes!!

As a widow, they are very helpful, helping me to how to take care of things around the house. They are always willing and able to help. And to show me how to do it. And I thank God that they're very good. People. Very nice and polite and very helpful. I use them all the time better than than any other hardware store.
