Amanda at Job Store has been great. I’ve never had any payroll issues. If I have any questions my emails are always answered very fast. I initially had my first contact with Job Store staff on August 30th in reference to a job position being offered and I was was requesting information on insurance options directly through them. I spoke a gentleman on the first call. I stated that I had an offer that was being presented and gave him the name of the company and he stated he he didn't know who they were. I called back two additional times and spoke with Taylor, Amanda, and was rerouted to speak with an additional staff member ( Shannon)who happened to be out on Jury duty. A week and a half in I still was unable to get basic information on what insurance was offered and what that was possibly look like as far as numbers were concerned. Appualed, how long does it take to get a straight forward answer about insurance. 2 or 3 weeks. Ridiculous

Horrible place. The one person I've talked to was very nice over the phone, but I called, they said "a recruiter would reach out". I submitted my resume and application online, waited A WEEK, called them again, they seemed to remember who I was and sent me an email with a link to their job board that I had ALREADY LOOKED AT. Outside of that, I got *one* email with a job opportunity for a temporary position (not what I'm looking for) and have not heard from them since. Made me feel utterly useless and disposable. Zero help at all. Thanks for making me feel awful!
