I love the employees that work there! They are so nice, friendly and will go to any length to help you! They offer so many different classes than other gyms have! They offer all amenities, which makes your gym experience even better.

I come here mainly because of the vast amount of equipment they offer. Most gyms nowadays don't even have a pull-over machine, but this location does. If cleanliness is your top priority, this might not be the best choice. In my opinion, the cleanest gym in Stockton is Valley Fitness, but they don't have nearly a quarter of the equipment that this In-Shape location offers.

I love that there is a large amount of open space for the free weights, machines, and open exercise area. There are usually a good amount of towels and disinfectant spray available. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. I wish there were more deadlifting bars though.

Have been using this gym for over seventeen years. I have never seen so many useless individuals taking up equipment. Not using it for intended purpose of working out! Using equipment as a high-school bench seating with their tripod ,phone,etc. This should be banned I'm not coming here to wait for someone photo shoot or pretend working out session or texting stay home. This gym has turned into a weird social session of useless individuals. I want to workout and dont have time to wait for useless individuals and there vain standards to videos,pictures,etc take that somewhere else. If this does not stop I will take my monies elsewhere .

I really enjoy coming to this gym everything has been fine until I started bringing my daughter to the kids club came home with very deep scratches on her arms and face ! Also have on occasion seen my daughter being held by other kids that are in the kids club which I think is irresponsible and asking for an accident. I think I will be trying other kids clubs at a different location do not feel that my daughter is safe here.

Workout equipment (especially the ellipticals) could use some maintenance. parking is difficult around 5 o’clock. The men’s bathroom often times has paper towel pieces on the floor. I think the bathroom needs to be checked more frequently.

Update Jan 23rd, 2020: Bathrooms are still quite messy for both of the stalls. Toilet paper is all over the floor and p*ss on the toilet seat. Many of the ellipticals remain broken. At least now they have signs up saying they’re out of order. They could also use a major cleaning. Lots of grime in the holders. I seriously wonder if they deep clean these on a regular basis.

The endorphins released during my workouts have helped elevate my mood and boost my overall sense of well-being. I find myself more energized, focused, and optimistic after each session at the gym.

My home gym is the one on Kelley drive . I love the remodel most definitely. I however do miss the ladies private room but can live without it. The general workout area is clean but could be cleaner meaning the floors.
