I made an order online for delivery for the first time as a first time customer here and I did not get the First Time Customer flower/edible deal nor the First Time Delivery 100mg edible. Was kind of disappointed because that's what was promised on the website under "Everyone's House Perks". I was kind of disappointed, but my driver was nice. I got a good deal on an oz and was impressed with the quality.

they gave us free edibles, delivery was free bud is beautiful carts are cheap and hittin, they sell 1g carts for as cheap as $4 ? and we got the oz for $49 and its not shake its super nice 11/10 recommend this is probably my new favorite dispensary

The front desk was so helpful, nice and quick process with their products displayed for easy shopping. ❤️ My budtender was AWESOME! He gave me a free bag of eddies with my first visit and they didn’t disappoint either. Finally, reunited with my ELEMENT ROSIN DISPOSABLE ?✅

I love H.O.D! It's my favorite place to go! I'm always telling all of my friends to shop there! I love it so much that, I drive all the way across the city to get there and it's always worth it! The environment is always welcoming and the employees are all very informative, helpful kind and professional. I love HOD and I wish they would have more stores.... Closer to me maybe ? ?

Great quality and options for product but you can't schedule a time for delivery. You can place an order at 10am and 6 hours later they text you saying they will be there in 20 minutes. Great to get the update but it isn't always feasible to sit and do nothing all day.
It also stinks that you can't redeem your points on their website.
