If I could give a more negative review I would. After several weeks my new, well packed boxes arrived and looked like they had been left in the rain for days and then rolled, including those marked fragile. I filed a claim with photos for 89 broken items totaling over $1,000 in damage, including many sentimental items. Today I received a settlement from the so-called insurance company for $51. Do not use Green Planet Movers.

Totally trash company do not use then at all, quoted lower price then switched when they came to load stuff. Lost my son's bed and tried to call me a liar saying they had never lost anything before. If I could have given a zero star or more negative review I would awful experience and will be posting everywhere about it.

MOST HORRIBLE moving company ever! Everybody was rude from the contractors to the over the phone customer service team. I should have known better. Was just so in a hurry to move. The whole experience was horrible from start to finish I kid you not! They changed the price on me several times through out the move when I let them know everything on my end UP front and this was seriously the most stressful part of my already long stressful move! It’s like the customer service works with different contractors or something because know of the information you are told is the same once they arrive. Most of my items are damaged and some items missing. I will never be using them again and telling everyone of the most horrible experience I had everywhere I go. I never even left a review on a companies sight before. Way over priced to be that rude and organized! I kind of think the broke my items on purpose!

Horrible experience. I feel like we were taken advantage of. 1st phone call to get quote they rushed us to pay and sign the contract immediately. Everytime we talked price when up $4,2000. Which it ended up being the original quote they gave me. ( I was able to get them to lower the quote ) to $2,100. Arrived to load, everything was already packed but they insisted on packing some miscellaneous items which cost some more. Day of delivery, driver said couldn’t bring the truck in our neighborhood. After my husband road him around in our vehicle to show him it would be no problem.
Our neighborhood has 290 homes. Move trucks and dump trucks have driven in our neighborhood for the last 15 years. So this ended up costing us $600. Driver rented a U-Haul truck to deliver our boxes. Total paid $4,400.
We have had several out of states moves which were without any promlems at all.

Would not recommend this company at all for any kind of move. Small or large.

As others have mentioned I was quoted a price and after the truck was loaded a much higher price was given to me . This is happening all after we closed on our house so we had no choice but to move and agree. After that we said we're available to take delivery on a certain date but no when you give a date it's another 7 to 14 days out.
Since then movers call and give us a date but guess what the truck is no good and no one is calling me back . I still don't have my stuff and not sure when. Please stay away from this moving company. Almost 3 weeks now after I asked for my delivery and still no word on when I will have my stuff. Company is refusing to give any sort of credit. Again look at all the reviews before using these guys..

I had a truly awful experience with Green Planet Movers, and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. They quoted me a seemingly reasonable price for my move, and I thought I was making a wise choice. However, it quickly became clear that this company operates in the most unscrupulous and dishonest manner.

Green Planet Movers claimed that a tractor-trailer truck couldn't fit on my street, which necessitated the transfer of my belongings to a smaller truck. Now, this should have been something they were aware of from the beginning, given that anyone could have easily verified the address in advance. Their lack of proper planning and communication on this matter was a clear sign of their unprofessionalism.

To make matters even worse, when the move finally commenced, only one mover showed up in a U-Haul truck. This individual was not only ill-equipped for the job but was also shockingly rude and borderline intimidating. The entire time, he complained about the situation, making it clear that he was dissatisfied with the circumstances, even though they were entirely the result of Green Planet Movers' negligence.

I felt trapped and vulnerable during this move, with Green Planet Movers forcing me to pay a heavily increased fee on top of their initial quote. They essentially held my belongings hostage, using deceptive tactics to lure me in with a seemingly low estimate and then exploiting my situation with unexpected charges.

The entire experience with Green Planet Movers was a nightmare. I was left feeling frustrated, taken advantage of, and deeply dissatisfied. Their lack of transparency, professionalism, and ethics is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise against using their services.This company's practices are nothing short of a disgrace.

Used them for a move - got a quote - they did not honor it- they charged me 5k extra last second and I was not able to do anything else - then they lost heirloom chairs of my grandmas - the stuff was tossed into the truck - and we had to help unload cuz they didn’t have people (they hire in the area they come so may or may not be professional) pretty much a great scam and there’s nobody to talk to - tried to work it out - everyone should make BBB reports and maybe eventually someone will do something - but for me they just ran in circles - and RUDE - oh my god - I was crying for days and they were just simply nasty - don’t use these people - U-Haul is way better - bigger move and 1/2 the cost -

Highly disappointed in the customer service this company offers. I wish I had checked the reviews sooner and went with another moving company. My husband and I just finished our first move together, and expected more out of green Planet movers. The customer support office was no help and both my husband and I were given attitude on multiple occasions by the representatives for wanting to know where our delivery was after waiting longer than expected. The delivery date kept changing and it was frustrating to figure out when we would receive our delivery. The only positive out of this company is the movers. The delivery mover was very helpful and did not belittle me like the customer support reps. To add on, furniture arrived broken and everything was wrapped very poorly. For a first time mover, I am very disappointed with my experience with green planet movers and will not move with them again. I would never recommend this company’s service to anyone, no one should expect to receive help from a customer support rep and be ignored or given attitude. This company is a complete mess and I advise movers to avoid green planet movers.
