Such a cute station! I loved it and would like to see it again soon. It's a shame Amtrak owns it, (the train looks like trash).

実質1日に東西行が一便ずつしか来ません。カリフォルニアゼファー号の停車駅です。
無料の市内循環バスを使うことで、天然温泉にも行くことができ、手軽に温泉が楽しめます。小さな駅ではありますが、ご飯処もたくさんあり、またアスペン（スキーの名所）に行く高速バスも来ており、楽しい街です。

Super cute train station in Glenwood Springs, CO. My first time here, today, Monday, Sept Labor Day, 2021. The baggage lady actually brings you your luggage on her golf cart, from the train. The station was very very clean. The bathrooms also very clean (pics attached), elevator worked and fit two people perfectly, but the exit to the street level after the elevator, had no handicapped accessible automatic door, which I found odd. Very historic interior (see pictures).

We had a quick stop at Glenwood Springs while onboard the California Zephyr. Hope to visit the town someday. It looked quite beautiful!

It is a beautiful station located in close proximity to the Glenwood Hot Springs Lodge but the older female station attendant really needs some customer service training. Maybe she has retired, it's been a while since my last stop there. She was very rude and acted like she personally owned the depot. She also appeared like she was offended by the presence of customers.

Decent. Train was 3 hours late and they have strategic handrests on all the bench seating so you can't lay. Pretty lame. There's also some room with desks and couches but the room is locked for some reason. Not very hospitable.

Desperately needs some background music. Would make all the folks screaming into their phones a bit more tolerable.

Also no wifi, which is outrageous.

Overall I do not recommend sitting here for 3 hours.

The staff at this Amtrak station was nice and accommodating. The agent and I had a great conversation about our rail trips, and she offered to print out a ticket for me, which I accepted.

The station is clean and has some railroad artifacts. The station agent kept us informed about our train's arrival time, and let us know that the eastbound California Zephyr would arrive first and depart while the westbound train was held up since only one train can be in the canyon at a time.

Excellent service!
