Use to actually see the doctor but now it's always nurse practitioner. An she mainly ask how ur feeling an what do u think could make u feel better.. Um isn't that your job to figure out. Anyways use to love this place but now considering a new doctor .

This, by far, is the best doctor’s office I have ever been to. I have had to go to a GI doctor for over 30 years and I’m so happy I found Dr Mcvey !! I have seen Lauren Downey a couple of times and I really like her. She is very sweet and caring. She has really helped me thru a couple of things !!
AND don’t let me forget to say, “THEY ARE ON TIME !!”
I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY !!

Best specialist I have ever been to! The staff is welcoming and so kind. Lauren Downey, CRNP was great. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and great at communicating. I never felt rushed or like a bother. Which is hard to find in healthcare providers nowadays!

Well, where do I begin? My wife had an appointment with some concerns that other doctors have dismissed. The providers here listen and take action. They go above and beyond leaving no stone unturned. There were some tests ordered that other doctors from other places would not entertain. You know what that tells me? It tells me this practice cares about the patients and really care about their health. HEALTHcare. Now I will say that the tests were ordered to be completed at the hospital. Does the hospital contact us? Nope! Is the staff at Gastro Health to blame? NOPE! I happened to be in the area of the practice and decided to stop in to check on why nobody has contacted us from the hospital or what was really going on. ENTER APRIL! If/when you go here, you will most likely talk to April or see her. She’s just amazing at her job. Not only did she find out what was going on, she fixed the problem. She is a great asset to this practice, and I hope the higher ups know this. She is a rare find. She is kind, polite, and expedient. I’ve had many dealings with people “behind the glass”. Her attention to detail and commitment to unparalleled “ customer service” inspired me to write this review. Thanks Gastro Health and especially you April!
