The customer service from everyone on the team was absolutely amazing! They handled my requests with such patience and gratitude. I ordered 55 shirts for my sorority with a design we created and I got exactly what I ordered within 2 weeks! The shirts they sent were correct, the design was not warped and it was placed exactly where I requested. I could not be more excited and grateful for fresh prints and would absolutely recommend! My sorority will most definitely be ordering from them again.

Great results and fantastic customer experience!

In early December, I took a chance and replied to an email announcement from Fresh Prints. After researching their extensive catalog, I ordered North Face 1/4 Zips, and had them customized with our logo. The embroidered logo came out clean and crisp and the

Shreyata, our account exec, was so responsive and managed the design team until the 'proof' was just right. The 1/4 zips arrived...ahead of schedule and just in time for distribution at the team holiday gathering! The team loved them! We will definitely use Fresh Prints and work with Shreyata again!

Ishwar reached out to me at the right time/right place and got my order going immediately. He followed up every step of the way to make sure my project was done in a timely fashion. There was one shipping issue (UPS fault, not Fresh Prints) and he completely helped me with that issue.
