We started our 5 year old son at Evolve to focus on mind-body discipline (and to have fun too!). Fast forward 4.5 years later he was getting ready to test for a brown belt. Their focus on leadership skills and attributes also gave our kiddo an increased respect towards his environment, fellow humans and a great confidence boost. All the instructors were great.

I highly recommend Evolve for wriggly kids. We moved away or we would still be attending.

Bonus, their kids nights out are great and our son always looked forward to them.

Very practical martial arts instruction for real life encounters. Classes are a lot of fun so I look forward to attending weekly. The atmosphere and teaching style is different from traditional martial arts with gis, formalities and belts. I highly recommend trying a complimentary class - I was hooked from day one.

My daughter and I have enjoyed gaining mental toughness, physical endurance and confidence in everyday encounters. The instructors are real pros, the lessons are practical, and the variety of situations covered span the spectrum of what you could experience at any given time. We don’t live in fear anymore, we have heightened awareness, discernment and preparedness for knowing what to do in a number of situations. These guys are great to work with and class members are fun to be with and respectful. Highly recommended.

My family and I started our journey with Krav 9 months ago. Evolve has been a fantastic place to build confidence and get educated in the necessary skill of self defense. While doing something new is a little intimidating at first, the coaches make it incredibly engaging, fun, challenging and comfortable. Coach Mike is awesome with our 9-year-old boys and we love that the focus is on teaching leadership and building character. My husband and I love the adult classes with Coach Josh, who challenges us and makes it fun at the same time. My teen daughter appreciates the comprehensive teaching that includes education in all aspects of self-defense, including anatomy, history and logic.
