Go with another company! I voiced concerns multiple times and the company assures me everytime that they are taking my concerns seriously then completely ignore the promises they make. I have had a driver show up with no car seat saying “ my boss said it’s fine” it is state law that all children under 100lbs be in a booster seat so apparently that driver is above the law. I’m not comfortable gambling with my child’s life so that is not ok in my opinion. Also that same driver showed up 20 mins late to get my son from school (which if a parent was that careless child protective services would have been notified if your child isn’t at the crisis center when you show up)…. Unacceptable! I was not notified by Everdriven of how late this lady was going to be and my child almost missed a medical appointment due to her being irresponsible. She was supposed to be removed from my son’s route like the company promised but so far it seems she is still being sent. Not a happy customer.

Every week since school have started it been nothing but problems. The driver can come late and nothing happen but let the child be 4 minutes late and they pulling off. The driver don't speak or understand Engkish. The customer services representative be clues on what's going on and tries to help the best the can but this services is terrible. The app works when it want to. The only good thing about this company is the representative that you get when you call.that helps u to the best of their ability.

We'll start with a quick bullet point version of this company's poor communication and inconsistently applied policies for the too long, didn't read crowd before going into the details:

- EverDriven set the wrong start date for my child's transportation and gave me the runaround blaming me and the district for not setting things up in advance before checking their system and finding their mistake
- EverDriven dropped off special needs students without a handoff to school staff which is absolutely absurd
- EverDriven failed to properly assign a replacement driver when the primary driver was unavailable
- EverDriven failed to follow their security policies to verify the identity of the caller who requested changes or details to the service for over a month

My school district switched to EverDriven for morning transportation due to a driver shortage and it has been a nightmare. Prior to the first day of school we called the district and filled out all the required forms to ensure everything was ready. On the first day, we had no driver and no communication from EverDriven. When we called we were informed that transportation was not set up correctly and we needed to call the school district. We called back several times and eventually someone at EverDriven confirmed that everything was actually correct, they just had set the start date for the wrong year. While mistakes happen, giving us the runaround and concealing the mistake is unprofessional.

In addition to wasting our time with their start date mistake, on that first day the driver dropped these special needs students off without a handoff to staff, according to the school. While it worked out in our favor to a small degree that they made a mistake on the start date, it's a miracle that nothing happened to those kids due to mishandled driver expectations.

The driver assigned to our transportation is great and, once he had proper details, he has handled his job well. EverDriven, however, failed to assign a replacement driver when he was out and we did not receive transportation despite their application showing a new driver was assigned. I should not have to call up EverDriven to remind them to adjust staffing for absences on their end.

Most concerningly, I had been communicating with EverDriven for over a month via phone before discovering that I'm not actually authorized to interact with them for my child's transportation. While I'm glad they enforced their security policy when they refused to provide me information on my most recent call, I'm absolutely livid that they had not during any other interaction with them.

I will be writing a letter to the school district requesting a different contractor for my child's transportation if at all possible because this company cannot be trusted to do their job. There is a clear pattern that shows an unacceptable lack of attention to detail for a company that specializes in handling special needs child transportation.

Terrible. Poor communication. When EverDriven make mistakes, the staff cannot explain the problem. You are told to contact the school district. The drivers tell lies. One claimed I came outside and told the driver the child didn't live there. LIE! The child was ready to go. Then transportation picked the child up Thursday and Friday. No ride Monday. An employee informed us, the account was on "hold" but the staff could not explain why the hold was placed. Consequently, the child did not attend school.

This is the second day using EverDriven and so far my student is miserable. I am not sure what the rules are for the drivers. She's apparently listening to talk radio on her phone in a non english language.
The driver appears to be reliable. No issues with pick up times. Zero attempt to get to know who's in the car with her though.
Today the app froze up and wasn't tracking the driver. I live 5 minutes from the highway and 20 min into the ride the app still showed them here in town. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
I tried clicking on the call EverDriven button and there was -0- response from the app.
It's pretty scary. This is my child in the car with a stranger driving on a major highway and I have zero control or knowledge of what's happening.
Update... The driver is listening to Christian radio. My 17 year old student said "Just let her do her. I can tune it out."
After an entire school year she turned out to be our best driver. On time every day. Hope we get her again this year! The app performance, however never improved.

This transportation company is the BEST I have ever experienced!!! Being the mom of an autistic son who receives curb to curb the professionalism and care they have for the children is UNMATCHED! Thank you for an amazing and safe school year.

If you can use a different transportation please do horrible service!! My daughters have waited at the school after school for an hour or more multiple times because they were late and they will not call you when running late you have to just sit there worrying about your kids and if you are a min late in the morning they will drive off. I've had a few nice drivers but most of them are rude and have been rude to my kids even one yelled at my daughter for rolling down the window. Horrible Horrible kids transportation service I'm so glad thus year is over and my daughters had to miss the last day of school because I walked out 1 min late literally.

My son is deaf & our school district uses everdriven to transport him back & forth to school. They are never on time & it's never the same driver. My sons has had 54 tardies this year & even though I've called as well as the school nothing is ever done to fix this problem. Here it is 7:32am they were supposed to be here at 7:03 because my sons school starts at 7:45. The driver still isn't here & is 15 minutes away. I don't recommend them
