Dhawal went above and beyond helping move all of my family's belongings overseas. I showed up with over 600 pounds of bags, and the first class service started with him helping me unload the suitcases from the car. He talked me through the customs process and saved me a bunch of time and money on duty taxes. He followed up to make sure all of our stuff made it to our new home. 5 Stars!!

Ray was very helpful with me in sending a very important document for me to the Philippines. Appeared neat and clean. Very clear with his instructions and assistance. Accommodated me real well. Even offered water for me. First time ever I got good customer service from a courier business. Was also very quick under pressure as the system went down on him for a minute, but he was very calm and collected about it. Appreciate him. Also, cute Pikachu tattoo!!!
