Equipment is decent. The place is always super crowd, but I can manage. What I can’t manage is rudeness and poor customer service. When you have kids “managing” the place, at least train them in customer service.

Also, beware of their policies. Once you sign up, you will be charged for everything. After years being as member I realized I use only the basic equipment, not all the extra stuff and services I have been paying for, so I wanted to downgrade to the basic membership, but can’t do it unless you pay a fee. The kids come up with new policies and extra charges every time you ask.

With so many options and new gyms coming to this area, don’t waste your time and money.

Staff are very friendly; I’ve always had good interactions with them. I wish I remembered more names but Frank specifically has always provided good customer service.

What you should know before signing up for a membership:
1. It’s really busy here, basically all the time. If you go early in the morning, gym bros. If you go after school/work, gym bros & high schoolers. If you go at 11am on a Tuesday, still gym bros. No matter how late or early in here; it’s always decently packed and you’ll end up waiting for a few machines or bench spaces. That being said, if you want an environment with lots of people and that helps motivate you, this is a great place.
2. Upgrading your membership is free, downgrading however costs like $20.
3. Cancelling is free but must be done in person 30 days in advance (so all schedule payments in the next 30 days will still go through and you’ll have access to the gym for the full month after your next payment)

Not a great fit for me but not a bad place overall. Be sure to check the price they’re charging you as whatever you read online may not match with what they offer in the gym, especially if you’re trying to get a short term special deal.

I appreciate this location at Kissimmee for always making me and my guest feel welcomed. If you’re wanting to start working out I recommend getting enrolled at this location with Ellie at the front desk! Great energy here!!! Keep it up!

There are too many young people running this gym who call themselves "Managers" but have no real authority or ability to run an establishment responsibly and who gives inconsistent and inaccurate information. I was told on my tour that the cycling room was open to members when there were no classes but two weeks later a sign was posted on the door saying the cycling room was only available for class use! I asked the young man who gave me my tour about what he told me on my tour and he said, "Sorry, it's only available for class use." But my biggest issue are the posted and operating hours. Their door advertises Mon-Fri open 24hrs, and Sat and Sun 7am-7pm, but their Google location information, and app often reflect different times and change often. When I asked the young "Manager" at the front desk this morning and showed the varying information he just repeated hours like a robot, not providing reasons why they showed varying hours of operation, not providing solutions, and explaining they would not change the hours on the front door! Have fun figuring out when you can work out at this gym, and planning your workout schedule. But when you do come be sure to bring your kids to play with all the kids running this place!

Ive been a member of this gym for years and have always loved the facilities. The equipment and atmosphere is great, and it’s always been my go-to place whenever I move back to the area. Unfortunately, the management has consistently let me down with their poor communication, especially regarding cancellation fees.

Recently, I decided to cancel my membership due to an upcoming move. When I spoke to the staff, they failed to clearly explain the cancellation process, particularly regarding any additional fees, aside from the cancellation form fee, I was under the impression that once I canceled, I wouldn’t be billed past the current month. To my surprise, I was charged multiple times even after I had canceled. When I reached out to resolve the issue, I was met with vague responses and no clear resolution.

It’s really frustrating that something as straightforward as canceling a membership can turn into such a hassle. It’s not normal to be continuously billed after cancellation, and it feels like they’re trying to squeeze out every last dollar without being transparent about it. I’ve come back to this gym time and time again because of how much I enjoy the facilities, the welcoming staff, but the management’s lack of communication and hidden fees have been a huge disappointment.

If you’re considering joining, just be aware that while the gym itself is great, dealing with the management can be a real headache, especially if you ever need to cancel your membership.

My name is Josie & I’m a Group Fitness Educator here at Crunch Kissimmee. I’ve been here since the club has opened in 2020 and I love this second home.

The group fitness classes are truly ‘fiercely’ fun! We bring the work and the members bring their energy. But, mostly of what I love is how the members are the ones who make the community feel like home.

Together we support, encourage and keep accountable to each other. We celebrate each other. We are friends and family.

I have been coaching in the fitness world for 30 years (teaching and training) and, I can say, our group instructors and trainers are top notch! If you haven’t tried one of our classes yet, or tried a kick off with one of our trainers, come check us out. We have a free pass for you to try.

This gym has a Kids Club too, if needed. Ms Marina & Ms Teresa are absolutely wonderful with children. They’re attentive, creative and caring.

The cleaning crew are dedicated to their work picking up, especially for those peak hours, as we all (staff) do our best as a team.

As a whole, I love our team and our members. This is my happy place.
I love what I do and am thankful for the honour to do that for my Crunch family. ♥️?

Great facility but it is always packed. Staff is friendly and helpful but watch out for the penalties for cancelling any services or membership. The personal training is expensive but if you can afford it go with Kevin Soto. He’s a very motivated knowledgeable trainer who will help you meet your goals.

I used to be a member at another local gym and I’m so pleased that Crunch opened this location as there is really no comparison. This Crunch gym is extremely clean with all brand new equipment. The staff has a great upbeat vibe and are very friendly. I really do miss the amazing pool at this location.
