Wouldn't accept financial aid as payment for my books, couldn't get hold of anyone via phone, clearly didn't check their email when I stated when I wanted to cancel an order, and charges almost $10 for a label to return said book. I don't care if I get overcharged for books elsewhere, there is zero chance I will ever order from here again. A complete nightmare to work with.

The bookstore is the absolute worse. This the second semester in a row that they were not able to give me required text books. along with this they lack communication and are just plain out rude.

I've toured the campus at least half a dozen times and each time I fell in love with it all over again. The food is amazing, the people are friendly, and the dorms are clean.

Freshman move in day was better this year for my daughter than it was when my son moved in 2017. Less confusion. Beautiful campus. Great dining center. Beautiful dorms. Hoping for wonderful, caring Professors for a start of a great college experience.

I think it's pretty freaking insane that I'm 5 weeks into class and I still am waiting for my required textbook and am expected to Pau full price when I'm actively being affected I'm my class because of it. I never had a problem getting books until this winter semester. Im extremely stressed and upset that I am paying so much and am powerless. (2022)

I never had issues with the bookstore until this 21/22 academic year. Books taking forever to come in, where in the past I’d have them 1-2 weeks before class. A couple days into this semester & still don’t have my books. Every time I call to get an update— there’s a different excuse & that my order should be filled soon but never is with no communication sent to me.

I ordered my books during winter break and requested that they ship to avoid having to drive into school. The week before school starts I called in to check on my order. It had been on hold all this time and no one bothered to call me to inform me. They allegedly had been emailing me, but I have no communications. It’s now two days before the semester starts and I have a book on back order. Staff is not friendly or informative and I’m very disappointed as a new graduate student.

College is expensive.... but not all aspects should be... I took my 7 year old son on a campus tour. He wanted a souvinerr, so we went to the book store. Every school logo product is approaching twice what it should reasonably cost. A purchase is basically agreeing to be an advertiser for the school. We purchased an item anyway. We then talked about economics....first college lesson taught at the book store.....
