My daughter has been going here for more than a year. The shower is ALWAYS HOT ! I have been requesting the front staff for more than a year to fix it. But it is always hot. The owner clearly doesn’t care. How do you expect me to take my kid back home without a shower !
Also, I don’t see clear tracking of swimming progress. Every class she has a different instructor. When we do make ups, the coach says my daughter is good for next level. But I don’t have a clarity on her progress.

Aqua-Tots Paradise Valley has a great pool set up and is a great environment for kids! My 2 year old daughter high fives Ollie the Otter every time we arrive for her weekly lesson. The front desk staff and coaches are patient and friendly. I love the lessons and how they are geared towards pool safety. After each lesson the coach gives positive and constructive feedback. I highly recommend Aqua-Tots Paradise Valley!

I have been taking my almost 4 year old niece to Aqua-Tots for the last year. She goes to the Paradise Valley location. It has friendly, knowledgeable staff. The instructors are so good with the kids. They are patient and kind while instructing the kids. They offer constructive critiques and what goals to work on. Master instructors Spencer and Grace are great! All of the instructors are excellent. A safe and caring environment is maintained. Facility is clean and neat and geared towards kids. Many different time schedules available to meet your needs and make up sessions also available. PV has lots of changing rooms, bathrooms and hair dryers. My 3 year old loves her swim lessons. We are very happy with our experiences at both locations. So good, so fun! ?

Our daughters have been learning swimming @ Aqua tots paradise valley from past 3 years. They have great teachers helping them get comfortable with water, learn and enjoy their time here. Using the app to Schedule makeups, cancellations and track progress is super easy and convenient. It's a great place to start your kids swim journey.

We have been bringing our three boys to Aqua-Tots beginning with our oldest in 2012 and our youngest who started lessons this year. Their swim system and techniques used for teaching the kids are efficient, effective and fun! All the coaches we’ve had are friendly and energetic with the kids and really seem to love working there. My 4 year old is always asking to go to swim class to see Coach Kam and literally runs into the swim school cheering that it’s time to swim. He has learned so much in a short time. Aqua-tots has given all my kids confidence and the ability to be water safe. Can’t say enough good things about them!

Aqua Tots is great for kids learning to swim or those needing to strengthen their skills. The child to teacher ratio and the 30 min class times are great for holding kids attention and making classes doable on busy days. The teachers are well trained and really work to develop the necessary skills to improve the child's swimming ability.

We love this Aqua-Tots location! The entire staff is so kind and super helpful. The manager literally knows every student and their family by name ?.

The coaches do a wonderful job of making sure the swimmer is having fun while learning. They correct them in a lovely way so they do not feel embarrassed or pressured, but encouraged. They also provide detailed feedback to help develop their skills outside of the facility.

They can work with different age groups and meet them all at their level through individualized training.

The school is great. My Kid has a good time and I feel he is safe and learning. Only thing is sometimes it is other kids that are not paying attention to the teacher and it sometimes is difficult to have my kid focus bc they are playing and hitting my child with their feet or hands bc they are playing in the water. Aria is great. She is patient and focused on you kid when it is their time to swim. Some teachers though do not pay attention as I would like. Grace, Aria and Taryn and Sophia are great.
