So great! My daughter’s apartment did not include a washer and dryer, only the hook ups. As a housewarming gift, we leased a washer and dryer for our daughter, and it was life changing for her! The installer was on time, helpful, and super nice. She lives on a second floor, so it was awesome to have someone bring that up and put it in her apartment! It’s been over two years and both units are still working great! Thank you for making everything so easy!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! If you rent wash and dryer with them, you will have a really bad experience. I was a customer of this company for 3 years. Today the picked it up the equipment because I’m moving out and the technician (Marks Kyle L) gave me a really bad service, he wasn’t carefull taking out the equipments, he hit the walls and the doors and also he removed the laundry door and put it back in the incorrectly, now the door does not close properly, I requested him to put it properly and he didn’t want. This company gave a really bad customer services, the employe (Juliana) tread me really bad when I requested the pick up, she just answered “umm, ujumm,” she doesn’t know how to work with the customers. PATHETIC SERVICE! I’m pretty sure that the leasing office is going to charge me all those damages. See attached photos and videos. Again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Thanks!

It was really easy to rent and after that they help me out and made the process to change it and rent to own. Today the washer and dryer are mine and all of it was thanks to the advice they gave me. I am so happy with the excellent service and I fully recommend it. No credit check, no long process, no over charges. It was so easy and quick. All you have to do is call set the day for the installation and that’s it.

I rented a washer and dryer from Appliance Warehouse for about 3 years. Delivery and pick up were easy to schedule and easy to have completed. Overall, the rental process was easy and convenient and I never had an issue during my time renting. When my dryer needed service at one point a technician came to my place, fixed the problem, and I had no further problems.

Good option if you aren’t ready to buy. Works out a bit better to buy a washer on credit and pay it out (if you have okay credit). After two years of renting, I could’ve completely paid for a new one and owned it. But if you don’t have credit or just need the appliance temporarily, it’s nice to have this service available. Never had any issues with the washer and setting up/discontinuing service was easy.
I was told that their was not any rent to own options anymore and I didn’t have a fancy front loader like the one pictured in another post? just a super basic top loader washer that locked itself when running so you can’t leave the lid open while it fills and add detergent while running. You have to hit “pause” and it can take a few minutes for it to release the lock. Had two different washers (I had moved), they were the same model. No other options were given.

We got off to a bumpy start but they recovered well. I placed an order and paid online for a washer and dryer rental. I was given a delivery date which came and went with no communication. It was a Saturday so customer service could only take a message as no delivery was scheduled in the system. They did get back to me on Monday and got the delivery done the next day. The delivery was smooth and the guys were great. The appliances are new as I ordered and very good quality - work great. The website is very user friendly to make payment and maintenance requests. As of now, I am very satisfied.

Appliance Warehouse is very economical and the equipment is great in work. From many years I’m using their services and it is awesome. No complaints till now.
One important thing I like is, I being a new resident getting settle down in new apartment, the offer they gave for new residents for first 3 months discounted rental price really impressed me a lot and helped me to balance my expenses. Special Thanks to Appliance Warehouse for being with us.
