My child is late to school probably three or four days a week, if the bus even comes at all. When I call to ask what's going on, all I get is "we are short staffed". Yesterday I got a call from my kid at 4:30 in the evening saying she was still waiting for her bus to pick her up from school. The school had already locked its doors, and the staff had left. She had nowhere safe to go. I'm going to the city with complaints so that something can be done, because this is a danger to our children.

This is the worst bus company. My life has ever seen. The drivers are always late for picking up the kids in the morning the drivers play games in the afternoon time. Terrible terrible company terrible drivers terrible staff in the dispatch office never picks up. Their phones. never respond to phone calls. This company needs to go out of business and be shut down because they don’t know how to do their job right compared to Palmdale district Palmdale district is 10 times better in this company Lancaster. Transportation is the worst company I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I do not like this bus company and I will never like this bus company. It’s the worst bus company ever I was Palmdale District was running high schools and doing all that and compared to this district disgusting and that discusses me. It makes me sick this talking about it because this company is the worst company ever. They don’t know how to treat parents. They don’t know how to respect people they’re rude and disrespectful the only thing they care about is themselves they don’t care about anything. They need to do something and if they don’t do something, I’m gonna call the governor of California to make sure something happens with this Bus company

Bus drivers always calling off. Which causes bus to be 2 hrs late. Or 30 minutes late in the morning to pick up and then the kids end up being late a few times weekly

This is not a good establishment whatsoever. It’s always hard to speak to the supervisor and she never returns calls. My biggest issue is dispatch telling me a bus came while I’m standing outside and nothing has showed up. I get a notification everyday with ETA and did not receive one today! My son’s bus drivers are the sweetest overall. But the dispatch needs to own up to their mishaps instead of always blaming the parents and/or Guardians.

They verbally harass the children.
The staff likes to use fear and threats to try to control.
I have called and complained about 60+y/o driver 'Kimberly' because she tried to close the bus door on me for simply asking her to give my child a few seconds to sit down before she drives off.
I've called the manager and a couple of supervisors in safety and training due to my many concerns. However, they NEVER answer or call back. They obviously avoid taking accountability.

First off the bus drivers won't let my child on the bus because his smart tag pass is supposedly suspended. Well I DO have an email saying it was renewed yet my child can't get on the bus. Secondly my child's bus pick up is 7:49am and the driver comes 30 minutes late every day. School starts at 8:45am and my child is late every day to 1st period. I have a job and can't keep coming in late. This is a problem NOT on my end but avsta. Can't depend on a them for anything.

You can't count on this terrible bus service to get your kid to school on time or even on the way home. They're always late or they just don't show up. The people running this are special needs!

The worse transportation system ever.
The staff lie for one another.
Terrible how they treat the children in the Antelope Valley school systems.
Especially the disabled students and parents that rely on timely and safe transportation.
The buses are always late or never show up.
They always have some invalid excuse.
The staff are not held accountable for the actions and incompetence.
Unable to get a hold of the board that governs them.
Staff unable to produce policy manuals on how to provide proper safety inspections.
A disgrace to the community.
