I have worked directly with Melinda Montoya (in the Denver office) for the past the 3 years.
The assistance I received from Melinda was phenomenal!!! Not only did she find me a position to best fit my experience, she helped me in every way possible to make sure the position and the company were a perfect fit for me. I have been in the Staffing Industry for over 20 years now and Advantage Resourcing is by far the best firm that I have ever worked for. I was a Recruiter at Advantage for several years and it was very hard for me to leave. Not only because of the great clients and my great employees but also because of the team that I worked with which was Amber and Yvette.
