Wow, truly amazing service!!! I came with a very large document that needed to be printed in full color and binding. it was an urgent matter and the staff came through 100%!! In the Print department, Albert was able to figure out my needs and Print everything perfectly. The quality was also top-notch. I couldn’t be happier. Albert really knows what he’s doing and I would highly recommend coming there and talking to him for any of your Print needs. Teddy was also very helpful and such a nice guy . And I also have to say Mickey at the checkout was so nice to talk to you and helpful with all my other purchases and telling me where to find everything. I highly recommend this particular OfficeMax over any others around. The people here are so friendly and absolutely know what they’re doing. Thank you Albert. So much you truly did a great job.!!

Kyle, the store manager, provided us with excellent customer service. He was attentive, personable, and knowledgeable. We have a printer issue at home and he explained what the issue could be and how to resolve it. We also looked at some office furniture and he let us know about present and upcoming discounts. Great experience! We have also found that other employees have been very helpful during previous visits. This is a well-run Office Max!

I can not say enough about the customer service I received the 2 times I have been in Office Max. On my first visit, Kyle Crocker helped me find a personal safe. He helped with measurements, shared details of each one and gave me his business card in case I needed any assistance after I purchased the safe. I was unable to set it up, so I returned it to the store. Kyle took the time to walk me through the steps and helped me set my code, made sure I knew how to use it and carried it to my car. I can't begin to tell you how nice it is to have people going above and beyond to help. Thank you!

I order print jobs of varying sizes from time to time, at this location and the St. Petersburg location. The St. Petersburg store print center is on its game. This location has not always been up to par. If you've ever used the company online ordering system, you know that the pop-ups, attempting to upsell, can completely throw off an order. This happened to me, recently. I had something that needed to be printed double-sided and folded. I put a note in the order, instructing the way the fold should be. Unfortunately, the job printed on two pages, due to a pop-up that threw me off when placing the order. Nobody from the print shop called to question it, despite my instructions for folding.

When I picked up the order, it was incorrect. Kyle immediately jumped in, reprinted the order for me, and trained his young staff member on what he was doing. His leadership and customer services is exceptional. "Bravo" to Kyle!!!
