R98(N) to toll R570(W) - go approx 8.0 miles to ex 1.. keep straight thru traffic light… turn left=R92(W).. go approx 4.1 miles - turn left = Park rd… go approx 0.3 miles- turn left =M L K blvd… go 0.3 miles- turn right = Henderson way… 0.5 miles.. 2nd building on left… (gate #2 for picking up furniture)… limited overnight parking…checkin near dock door 1…

I work at Allied Air Conditioning in Port Richey. Jeff is our delivery person, he is a fantastic driver and delivery person. He went above and beyond what he had to to deliver our equipment. Our road was blocked off for work being done on our street. He was not able to make the delivery the first time he tried. He called and worked with us to get our equipment to us. I highly recommend and appreciate all that he does for us. He works for Star distribution delivery.

Appointment was at 2pm. I called yesterday to see what the earliest time i could get in. I was told 10am. Checked in a little after 10am. Was sent to door immediately. Done loading at 10:48am. Out before 11am.

The people here are great, but the dockdoors and the lot are ridiculous!!! There's no room to maneuver or adjust. And with all the AC units piled up, there is no room for error.

If you go to BSH, check in between doors 35-38, starting at 6am, very quick app 6, out at 6:30. No parking on property, only for the 3 trucks on the road.

Ok, well...my appt was at 6. First time here. Trucks were parked on the street even though one of the reviews show a letter where you are instructed not to. BUT! we’re truck drivers. Who said we obeyed anything. ? Just trying to start out with fresh hours. Got onto the lot, waited two hours before I got a dock because their docks were already blocked with loaded trailers. 07:45, got a dock, they started unloading me immediately and was done in about 15-20 mins with 10 pallets. Was finished at 08:20. Got out of there before the disgruntled Chiefs fans checked out and got on the road! Sorry, had to add that and I’m not a Buccaneers fan either. ?

Would be alright if drivers would back in on the right out of the way but you know, we just do what we want. There’s no curiosity anymore people. All in all I agree with most of the other positive posts. I would deliver here again. Just watch for the ?. ? There’s a good amount of room to dock. People that I encountered were all nice. Stay safe and protected!

I came in at 9:45 for 10am appointment. They unloaded me by 11am . No restroom , portables only . There is couple spots for parking on street, saw 3 trucks parked there . Also there is a fuel stop maybe 5 miles from here

Easy in. Came in 1 hr before appointment time, unloaded in 30 min. Thank you! Lots of space for maneuvering just watch the big holes in the drive upon entry.
