If you are a fan of a one stop shop for shipping and doing your own projects this is a top notch solution. Whether you’re looking to do the project on your own or get assistance from staff in the store. This is a good place to go. There is only two reasons I did not rate this a full 5 stars.

First I am not a big fan when it comes to shipping through FedEx. I have just had to many problems on to many separate occasions.

Second when I come into a place like this I feel like should be at the very least greeted upon arrival. But that was not the save when I came into this store.

But those are just small things for me.

I went in today to print out some forms from my email. I had no issues until I needed some assistance adding funds to our self serve transaction. I wasn't too familiar so I went up to ask for some help. KRISTI was not polite AT ALL. She told me I needed to just follow directions to add money on the pad. I asked if she can show me she said she couldnt she was helping someone els. She came up a few seconds later and said "oh looks like you got it " and walked away extremely fast when we indeed still needed help. So i went back to her and told her we still need help. I also let her know she wasnt providing good customer service. She then told the other employees she was not going to deal with me.. pacing and walked to the back to avoid helping us. I was not rude to her at all. There is a polite way of doing/saying things and she was just rude. Another employee came to assist and turns out there are no directions to add funds we would 1st need to end our session and then add funds. I think KRISTI was extremely rude and completely failed to provide any type of good customer service.

Jan sucks, in general this location sucks. But Jan has been terrible everytime I've come here. He made a mistake on my copy and still made me pay for it. Scammers. Try elsewhere.

Waste of time and money. Just have me on hold multiple times for 10min plus just to get a simple quote on a paper flyer.

OVER CHARGE because they can.
I went in to get a copy made a manual There was no customers in the store and the young man that help me told me they weren’t doing anything and we’re not busy… there’s usually not too much work this time in the morning until around 10:00am. I went in just a few minutes after 8 AM. There was a sign on the counter if your order is under $50 they’re going to charge you $2.50 surcharge.
They were able to print the manual, (it took over a hour) but I had to pay $15 surcharge to have them print it at the time that I was present in the store. If not I would have to come back tomorrow. I live out of town and that would be a 72 mile round-trip.
While I was waiting a handful of customers came in to use the self-service copiers and one other printing job…. they still stop what they’re doing even though you’ve paid those $15 surcharge to “expedite” the operation and help other customers.
What happened to Customer Service when you could walk in and they would print something for you while you wait without charging you extra?
