Wonderful indoor playground for little ones.
I went early on a Saturday morning, there was only 3 other groups allowing great experience for my son to run around and explore.

Fully loaded fries were delicious and great value as it was a large portion and filling for 2-3 people easily.
Fresh fries, covered with cheese and cut up hamburger then baked to melty perfection.

Picture is the adventure course side meant for larger children.

I visited on a Monday afternoon with my 2.5 year old. It was a quiet school night, they decided to close early that day, at 8pm instead of 9pm. They started cleaning and putting up the tables by 7pm so it felt a bit rushed. Overall they were really nice and the place is super cool for kids! Really big and awesome mazes.

No Surrender Adventure Park is my absolute favorite destination for family fun, especially when I'm looking to entertain my niece and nephew. The gymnasium here is a hit with them; they could spend hours playing, which is a fantastic way to ensure they're happily exhausted by the end of our visit.

One aspect I particularly appreciate about No Surrender is the staff's dedication. They are incredibly sweet and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. But what truly stands out is their commitment to safety. Knowing that they take safety measures seriously gives me peace of mind, ensuring that my family members are secure while having a great time.

Each visit, typically lasting 1-2 hours, is filled with excitement and entertainment. Personally, I'm a huge fan of their laser tag—it's realistic and offers an adrenaline rush like no other. Plus, they've recently introduced VR games, which are not only fun but also a surprising form of cardio workout!

We've held several kids' parties at No Surrender Adventure Park, and every time it's been a blast for all the kids and their friends. It's a fantastic spot for families of all ages to come together and enjoy a variety of activities. The range of options and the welcoming environment make it a top choice for family outings. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun, safe, and exciting adventure with family!

4 stars because of the employee MIGUEL. MIGUEL went above and beyond and I appreciate his patience and compassion. He helped make my son's birthday experience and memory a wonderful one for my child and myself. I would have said 2 ⭐ 's because no tickets came out of the machines today APRIL 5TH in the evening. And after swiping the INJUSTICE ARCADE GAME, the machine failed and my child didn't get the play. The OMNI ARENA is definitely the STAR in this building as well as THE HALO TWO PLAYER ARCADE GAME: 10 CREDITS PER PERSON. Besides the misinformation with the OMNI ARENA, employees stating that the entire PLAY would last 20 minutes, the manager IVAN tried to make up for this by adding a 7 dollar credit to my son's arcade time. Good attitudes always with PARENTS over and I hope this place can train their staff on this. The OMNI ARENA is actually 8-12 minutes to EXPERIENCE & PLAY for $10.

This was my very first time visiting.

Having a 4 year old, I only spent time at then Adventure Course section for toddlers and younger kids. I will say it’s a lot larger than what you think! With three levels, I felt like Alice in Wonderland … a maze trying to find my kid! LOL It is a workout for parents. Some parent watch but the signs say a parent must be present so … it’s a workout!

The facility was super clean. However we came during the week when they first opened.

Honestly a maze like this would be fun for adults too! Maybe after hours with lights dimmed.

The staff is super friendly. We were starving after an hour of constant play. Dining in is expensive as with a typical amusement park.

However, the food would bring this place down. I spent $61 for 5 … typical overpriced amusement park food. Buy EVERY entree was either wrong or horrible. I felt bad for the woman (Claudia). She was super nice and apologetic. It sounded like the mishaps weren’t her fault as the cook messed up on cooking what she noted on the receipt.

1. Kids meal - slider and fries: the bread hard and the meat was overcooked. Pretty much charred hockey pucks that were inedible. My son didn’t touch them.
2. Kids meal - grilled cheese and tater tots: the tater tots were good but the grilled cheese was on the hardest, untoasted bread. The cheese wasn’t even melted!
3. Ultimate loaded fries: they got this wrong. Asked for no onion and no mushrooms. Came full of both and had to be made again.
4. Buffalo Chicken fries: came last. Cut tip chicken tenders were so hard it bent the fork (see picture).
5. No nacho sauce in stock.
6. Was told no ranch for the kid meals or my buffalo fries. Luckily Claudia found some.

I felt really bad for her because she could tell it was all wrong. She had to remake a lot of food but honestly it should’ve been refunded. I would stick with pizza if I return and dine in.

Cool thing is they have beer, wine and mixed drinks for adults.

My experience at the facility was excellent. But the food was inedible which is sad because it’s a very nice place. But the food is as the worst ever.

Customer service (front desk and Claudia) were awesome.

There definitely could have had more games to play in the arcade. I was extremely disappointed when I brought my son on his birthday on 9/25 and it said they closed at 9 pm instead of 830 like the other location so we drove all the way over there to get more time. We walked in and they told us they would be closing at 830 that night. I COULD HAVE JUST WENT TO THE OTHER LOCATION. it really ruined the night. Waste of time, and money because he didn't get but an hour and a half to play. The staff wasn't very friendly either.

Pros: playground/adventure course, arcade, laser tag, and VR gaming all in one place, serves food, serves alcohol. The loaded fries were actually pretty good.

Cons: they make it mandatory for parents to accompany smaller kids to the playground/adventure course but the parents have to buy a separate ticket and socks. Apparently they only allow parents to switch one time otherwise you have to buy another parent ticket. I have never been anywhere in my life that requires a parent to be present but buy their own ticket. It's not their place to tell me whether or not my husband or I can be the one parenting our kids. Greed has gotten way out of control. Since people over 13 or 14 can't go on the playground/adventure course it's even worse because obviously the parent isn't there to play themselves. There is no logic behind it and it comes off as a very apparent money grab. Not only that, but what about developmentally disabled teenagers who still want to play on the equipment? There should definitely be an exception to the age rule. The laser tag equipment left a funky BO smell on my husband's shirt that bothered him the rest of the day. The claw machines were so bad that it didn't even give the illusion of a chance to win anything with how weakly they grabbed at things.

Overall: It seemed like the policies in place are arbitrary and can be for no other reason than to make money off of families. God forbid both parents want to be involved with their children. I won't be going back or recommending it unless they change their policies. Fries were good.
