Started using MoneyMinder for our HOA when we were looking for a simplfied approach to a member database and accounting features. Started out with the trial period and found it fit our needs.

Although a few minor aspects need to be groomed for an HOA member database, which I've been told they are working on, MoneyMinder is a fantastic program. There are ways to customize a member database and the accounting components are very easy to use.

The support team has been great to work with; they reply to questions immediately, explain everything clearly, and provide both written and video guides. This support is just one of the reasons that we chose to take this program beyond the trial period.

We are a 600+ member HOA and I highly recommend at least trying the program to see if it fits your needs - I'm so glad we discovered MoneyMinder!

Our PTA was in search of a financial software. We came across Moneyminder and all the magic has happened. We are on our 4th year with them and couldn’t be more pleased. It’s easy to use and navigate, has the options we need, and gives us a monthly printout for our meetings. I've been using MoneyMinder for the past two years as the PTSO's Treasurer. This product has allowed for seemless and transparent financial organization. You can pull any type of report that you can possibly need in seconds. Anytime I had a question the chat feature is easy to use, a real person responds and quickly answers the question or helps to resolve the situation. As the treasurer of a small homeowners association I can only say that the MoneyMinder software/service and the support they give you is amazing. They have given us proper processes for collecting, accounting for and spending of our dues that are fully transparent and repeatable. I can produce accurate reports at the click of mouse allowing me to easily keep both our board and members in the loop.

And... their support. I love their support team. Whenever I reach out I get someone in their main office. Every single person listens well, are patient and always ready to ask someone else if they aren't sure of the answer.
