I feel like 5 stars doesn’t do enough justice because of how good our experience has been with Aqua-Tots. Every single employee we have dealt with has been knowledgeable, patient and kind. Our daughter started out with LOTS of tears…to the point that I wanted to quit coming because it was an hour of crying beforehand with her being so scared. This same child has been now BEGGING to go to swim lessons. Katie is an ANGEL who encouraged us along the way going out of her way to spend time with our daughter, help her calm down and foster a sense of security. Coach Eri has been another standout with his patience and calm, supportive demeanor. Highly recommend!

This location has been a blessing to us and our kiddos swim journey. We love coach Jensen and coach Josh! You have to understand the coaches all evaluate differently and will provide different feedback, and your kiddos progress may be slow. It’s okay. They will learn water safety and comfortability along the way. Be prepared to remember these are kids teaching younger kids so schedules change and life happens. The front desk does a pretty great job letting you know before your class if there will be a coaching change.

We love it here! My daughters have learned so much in a short amount of time. All of the coaches are wonderful, especially Coach Landon, who is incredibly kind and patient with my daughter. The front desk staff is always very helpful as well. I 100% recommend this place for your little swimmers.

Coaches don’t update the progress regularly. I had to remind them atleast 10 times and they still miss it. Next class the another coach won’t know what the kid learned and they teach same thing again. Each class is 27 minutes and in between those 4 students every student gets around 6 minutes to swim. Remaining 21 minutes they just spend time sitting in water. I would like to see coaches teaching REAL techniques and update the progress regularly on app immediately after the class is complete. As mentioned in other reviews , the coaches are all new and the quality is below average so far.

We have been here with Aqua tots from past one year and initially we started with good coaches (but the random/frequent changes in the coaches even after complaining them number of times , is always a problem here).

But what has made me dropping my son out from here is the quality of class with the new untrained coaches that has been getting worse over past months now.

They change the coaches with whom you have already class with frequently , without even notifying you. Also they hire new coaches with little / no experience resulting in poor quality of 30 min class .

Looks like again this McKinney aqua tots became bad.. there are lots of make up classes not scheduled when coaches not available and system show to do new enrollment … front desk people are not able to understand the issue… they say no classes that’s and IDK for any questions. we had lot issues on my son’s promotion to next level… they took almost… 1 year to promote next level… this is also I escalated to area manager.. my son had special permission to have private lessons… suddenly this center did not schedule his classes… now again they for got the agreement… also the acting manager SHERA does it talking like does not have any sense… I complaint about her so many times… and she is not suitable for any job in this aqua tots … she does anything

The manager SARAH doesn’t have sense how to talk with people .looks like we are not taking anymore classes just because of her bad behavior Everything is going good with instructors .My kid enjoying his class but manager Sara behavior is not acceptable.she never listen the problem just say sorry we can’t do .Also whenever classes cancelled she never call us ,whenever we there she said sorry class cancelled we trying to reach you but it your phone call doesn’t go through,that’s not true .always she shows her attitude.the previous manager was so nice and always tried to solve the issues ,but not SERRA ,also many times we called to her earlier to class we cannot come but she said that’s make up and I cannot put back in your account .we lost lot of money because she never put back in account.i wonder whenever we have scheduled class and they cancelled sometimes some reason why they make ,make -up class because they cancelled ,they should need to make scheduled class or return our money Back because we are not able to cancel they make up class they made .I am so disappointed with SARA .i noticed in reviews many complaints about her bahavior but nobody take action ,giving her 0 star

Very bad policies with only intention to loot people. They want to charge me though we are going on vacation and wouldn’t allow to use the make up classes until I make payment for the period while I’m not in USA.
They want me to still make payment during my vacation, add the unused classes to make ups. Then they wouldn’t let use the make ups. Got to enroll back in order to use the make ups. They just want to keep people always enrolled And keep paying them.
They don’t want to refund for the make ups or let you use the make ups.
This is called CHEATING.
