Their support is 5 star. After we went live their team was available the same day if not the next for any issues we encountered. Every software has its pros and cons. I like most aspects of CS but there are certain things that could be improved upon. It's great they listen to their customers feedback and are actively making their product better all the time.

We have had a great experience with CareStack. Even when we run into any hiccups they are quick to help and the streamlined interface is easy to use. When they have updates they are quick to get used to and always make the service more efficient. The team and customer care is quick, friendly and efficient. I have no issues. Would recommend 10/10

We transitioned to Carestack from another dental software. While we are much happier with Carestack, the learning curve has been big. We are 6 months into the change and still struggling with understanding reports and getting the analytics. While the program is very robust, it is almost too complicated, particularly when running reports. Most of the clinical areas are good, though the treatment planning has steps that seem unnecessary. We will eventually get it all figured out, but the transition has been challenging even with good support from the training staff.

I have used this software and insurance verification team for 2 years now. Long story short, they are short staffed and have no clue of how to do proper verification and claim follow ups. We have given them a lot of chances and recommendations for improvement but they don’t care for it and will always continue to make the same mistakes. It has become a big problem for our office. Hence, we have decided to stop their services now.

The Team at Carestack (Caroline, Sruthy to the CR-RCM Team) have been amazing. This is a great platform and so very different than what many of us a re used to but here at Artisan Dental Studio we are loving the ALL-IN-ONE aspect of the platform and the wonderful people!
