Floor Coverings International McKinney TX recently installed engineered hardwood floors in the living area and entry way in our house. Tile and carpets were removed and floor installed. The floor quality is excellent and Francisco and the installation team did a great job. They showed up on time, kept us informed, cleaned up at the end of each day. They did the furniture moving and relocation for each room. One extra item that was very helpful was the Tammy brought a van of samples to the house so that we could choose on site the product to be used. Would definitely use them again.

I had a great experience. I am a landlord. We had a tenant move out and leave urine odor from dogs that ruined the carpet and padding. Quick replacement was necessary. I needed a quick turnaround because once I had the place cleaned and painted, a new tenant emerged quickly, but I needed to replace the carpet. From the time I connected with Floor Coverings International, they took a measurement the next day, matched the carpet style and source, offered a competitive price, and had it installed one week later. The best part was that they chose to remove and install on the 4th of July to accommodate mine and the new tenant’s schedule. The customer service was great. The payment portal was easy. I am pleased with the finished product. My new tenant doesn’t have dogs, and she loves the place.

Tammy and her team (Monica in the office and Marcos the installer) were fantastic. Very communicative and prompt, friendly, and professional. They replaced/refinished our 5" red oak floors after a house flood and did a great job. Red Oak is a tough wood to try and achieve a "natural" look without it being too pink, but we figured it out (See before and after pics). Would definitely recommend.

Great company. They were able to match the wood floors in our house after removing carpet in two bedrooms. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Good communication during project scheduling and installation. Installers moved all furniture, did an excellent job and cleaned up all dust and left over materials. Highly recommend this company.

Amazing Service. Floor Coverings International delivered 100% on what was promised. I was looking for worry-free, zero surprises or last-minute changes/ additions to the project and that's exactly what we received. Very personalized and professional approach. The process was flawless from the moment I reached out to get a quote, all the way to the installation and follow up. Monica & Darrell were in constant communication before, during and after the project. Darrell showed up couple times to make sure we were ok and project was moving along. Marco and his team of installers were right on time every day. Marco and team quickly moved the furniture, cover vents, shutters and a section of the main bathroom near the job area. Marco took the time to explain exactly what the process would be and making sure to clean as much as possible before leaving for the day, each day. We got red oak floors installed, so there was a lot of dust on the second day. Before Marco and team left, they took extra time to clean the ceiling fans, vents, shutters, doors etc, and vacuum all surfaces around the job areas. Marco and team came back 2 days later to move all furniture back in place. All done as promised! I talked to 3 different companies, all estimates were pretty close to each other, however, Floor Coverings included everything we were looking for and they delivered. I will definitely go with them for any future projects.
