Updating my review from years ago because of how much it has gone downhill.

Experience today:
Waited at the drive thru, no one came to the window so I thought it was closed. As I started to drive away I saw people inside. Ok, so I parked and went in. Placed my order, part way through making it they realize they don't have vanilla ice cream (which was in two of our three items).

I opted to cancel my order and the "manager" (who was sitting by the drive thru window the whole time, ironically) couldn't have cared less.

The whole place is falling down.... Screens don't work, smells funky, music playing over blown out speakers and now machines don't work.

And then I had to return home to my excited kids empty handed which is the most frustrating part of all.

Franchisee burn out, clearly, I expect they'll be out of business before too long - sad to see!

Jeremiah's is now in my top spots for delicious cold treats. It's so freaking good. When I was a kid, my favorite ice cream from the ice cream truck was the orange dream. Jeremiah must have paid them for the recipe. Lol
It was like they made my favorite treat gourmet. It was very clean, kid and family friendly and the staff was amazing. I can't wait to try the other flavors. Job well done Jeremiah

Great place for all types of ice cream-like desserts. I got a medium Oreo Mud pie for $6.29 and it was so good. I almost didn’t finish it, and it was overall great. Will hopefully be going back!

I used to love coming here for Italian ice. The gelatis were my favorite. The last two times the ice was so grainy and unappetizing. I literally had a mouthful of little white particles after each bite. They were like little hardened shortening particles. Such a disappointment. I thought the first time this happened was a fluke (July 4th). But it happened again tonight and was worse. I miss the smooth, juicy Italian ice!

This place doesn't just have your basic cup of ice cream. I had been craving Italian uce for awhile and noticed I had a coupon. Great help from employees. You can chose from a wide variety of flavors for Italian ice, gelati, and so much more. You can completely customize your ice cream based on your mood. Great place and highly recommend checking it out.

Fantastic Italian ice and custard. My family and I enjoy Jeremiah's treats, but not too often. It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny. We've also had Rita's and comparing to Rita's, Jeremiah's is way better! My personal favorite is the Pina Colada water ice, hubby loves the black cherry gelati.
