I have never had a bad experience here, Trains are almost always on time, fairly clean as they pressure wash the entire place quite often. Even the bathrooms are pretty clean and work.

Sunday November 12 8:59 PM your employee rather stay on his phone than help someone find their train / pay for the train ticket . He was extremely rude and dismissive. I expect transit employees to help with travel questions.

Please update your screens to state that you have to purchase an easy pass first to pay for parking. This one simple change, prevent non-users like listen send having to inform the security personnel that they are educated and ride.

Nothing against the station itself, it is just a station after all. But as it is the first stop on the line, it is where my journey begins 5 days per week. And it is where I spend a great deal of waiting time because the train service is so unreliable. Everyday there is some type of delay due to "mechanical difficulties" or "signal/switch issues" and I am so over it. And if I have to be stuck on a train, it should at least have a/c....but no...the a/c is broken more often than not. The communication about delays is piss poor to put it mildly and the "updates" are usually wholelly inaccurate. I don't know who they have in charge of scheduling and operations but the person(s) should be fired, because this high level of incompetence and complete and utter lack of customer service is unacceptable. They should pay US to put up with this sorry excuse for a transit system. If I could give no stars or better yet negative stars, trust me I would! I have been a Miami-Dade transit rider (buses and trains) for nearly 40 years and it has just gotten worse as the years go by. All the so called "improvements" are a joke! If I had any other way to travel to avoid the metrorail, I would.
