We had an amazing time on the water! The staff was super friendly and informative. The path we were in was both peaceful and exciting with plenty of sites to take in. Definitely recommend for first timers or seasoned kayakers.

Can’t give anything less than 5 stars! This has quickly becomes my partner and my favorite weekend activity. The staff (& the cute puppy) at the sign in table are super kind. The kayaks are clean and wiped down after each person by the guys down at the water and they’re super helpful with getting in and out of kayaks! Definitely recommend sunset kayaking….its a great idea for a date night (you’re welcome)

My boyfriend and I have been kayaking quite a few times and it is always a good time! The route to the waterfall is easy and we often get to see swans and deer. The route along the shore is breathtaking and scenic. Whether you’re doing a day rental or a sunset rental, it is worth it. It is a good choice for beginners. You get 2 hours of rental time and that is more than enough. We have brought family and friends and they have all enjoyed the excursion. We have caught a few beautiful sunsets as well. Also, Nick and Diana are super helpful and friendly!!

My son and I went kayaking here the day before mother’s day. We had an amazing time. The scenery was incredible. The people were very friendly and made my son feel so confident and comfortable paddling on his own for the first time. An awesome experience. This is our go-to kayaking location on Long Island.

We Used them today, such an easy process, super friendly staff. Kayak, paddle and vests were in new condition. Plenty of parking to load and unload, Very helpful directions for the kayak route. Rentals were cheap in price we Had beautiful weather and we had a blast. We Will definitely be back. Thank you guys!!

We had a great day yesterday with Stony Brook Harbor Kayak & Paddleboard Rentals!! Truly a beautiful location, great prices, & so relaxing!! Everyone was so nice, & helpful! They include an instructional video where to kayak & I also saw them in person helping people who were unexperienced! We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks again 🙂

We loved our experience here. It was so fun, peaceful and relaxing. The crew, service is outstanding. Even the night before, by text, you can book a spot. Just wow, I never expect such great customer service from any place. I thought they wont respond and reserve a spot a night before but they did. The price I feel is right and worth it. There is a huge, waterproof, plastic phone or belonging carrier that is 6 dollars. That is good because in many water parks, to buy one that fits only the phone is like $40. The scenery is nice and the waters calm. Bring an extra pair of pants or clothes.

10/10. 100% come here.
